They even came nice and early before I had to go to work. So far so good very impressed. After the service we ordered a new spa cover and were told a delivery time of 3-4 weeks. No problem we didn't really need the cover for a couple of months anyway. Now things went wrong. Firstly the new seals fitted to the spa pump leaked the same day they were fitted. It was pretty evident they were the wrong size. Thankfully we were still left with the old ones so we put them back in problem solved, just hassle. 3-4 weeks came and went. 2 months came and went no sign of the spa cover. All the time we had to constantly chase up but phone calls wouldn't get returned. Phone calls were ignored (I know this because I used a different phone and it was answered immediately). I had to go in to the store in person twice to challenge them a 20 mile round trip. They finally offered to lend one until the one we ordered arrived but even that didn't fit properly and was therefore next to useless given that the whole idea of a spa cover is to trap heat. When 3 months passed I called and asked for a refund and was refused (I paid up front with cash). Exasperated, I got on the phone to Trading Standards at this point I couldn't believe the service I was getting. and then it arrived. Well over 3 months from the date of order and well passed the deadline we needed it by for a garden party. Awful, awful service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Upstairs there is a cafe and a branch of Early Learning Centre which keeps the kids entertained on an otherwise dull shopping trip.

Downstairs they sell ladies, mens and cosmetics and jewellery. The layout inside is always changing and sometimes when you want some help on the shop floor there never is anyone on hand to help or they end up passing you onto someone else from 'that' department, yet they all work under one roof! To get a stamp you have to spend over £15. I went into the shop today and spent £32.98. When I was given one stamp I asked for another, seeing as I had bought two lots of £15. This was refused, and the manageress pointed out that one had to spend over £15 in one transaction to get a stamp no matter how much one bought. I suggested that I return half my goods and then re-buy them to gain my other stamp. The manageress told me that I would be abusing the shop's loyalty scheme, that all their other customers were happy with this scheme and I would be exploiting their discount service. I repeated to her that she had just accused me of "abuse" and "exploitation". She repeated that all their other customers were happy with this scheme. As it was, I did not have £30 of eligible purchases as £3.50 of my purchases were of a sales nature. Regardless of this, the manager's attitude was shockingly rude, condescending and dismissive. I will NEVER shop here again. Having researched Ken Bromley Art Supplies on-line (with free delivery), I could have saved myself over £6. Don't buy from this shop if you want a good, positive and rewarding customer service experience and wanted to feel valued as a customer.

I feel I've had the best in style that they stock, but that is my biase! Today we went in there for a throw, not to throw pillows! You know, a throw! We found one that was exactly the right colour in a lovely Egyptian cotton for just £12. I also came away with an Egyptian cotton bath sheet for £10. Not bad at all. They also sell curtains, blinds, some glassware - in fact, I got massive wine glasses there a year or so ago. They stock some lamps, cushion covers, oven gloves, teatowels and that sort of thing. I love this shop. They let you browse.

This grower sells plants at Wimborne Market on a Sunday and I have bought a lot from them over the years. Always such an amazing splash of colour, Pansies, Primulas etc in the Spring and beautiful annuals in the Summer. Even if you didn't want any plants they are totally irresistable & why not make the neighbours jealous !! They specialise in Bedding & Basket plants but also sell ready made baskets. There is always so many people at the stall I thought I would visit their nursery. Bench after bench of beautiful, colour. Don't go just to look, as it won't happen, trust me you will end up buying. Not that easy to find the first time as the entrance is hidden between hedges. Follow signs to Three Lions Pub/Restaurant if you get stuck as it isn't far away. AND a good place to eat as a bonus.
