The employees were nice but I question the integrity. I went in for one flat tire that was aired up to bring the car in. I was too vague in my request and the assessment was all new tires. I had dealership maintenance a few days previously and 2 tires were good and 2 slightly worn. I used that shop previously for convenience and prior management seemed reputable. I know it may be possible that there could be Corporate pressures or quotas but sadly I will need to take business elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees here are liars and simply can't be trusted. I had a flat in my rental car on Friday. I needed to drive back home on Sunday. I was referred to this location by the rental car place. Called Firestone on Friday and the employee told me they would look at it that day and 100% be done by Saturday. -Dropped off at 2pm on Friday. -Called Friday night at closing and the employee said they would get it in first thing in the morning. -Called at 10am on Saturday and they said it was next up. -Called at 2pm on Saturday and they said they were doing the best they could and it was next. I inquired about all the promises made and the employee said he wasn't responsible for something another employee said. -Pulled up 30 minutes before closing time and the vehicle had not moved. I grabbed the keys because these people simply can't be trusted. Mind you, I had told the shop multiple times I was driving my three children over 400 miles and needed it fixed and they said 100% they would With liars like this working, can they really be trusted to give an honest feedback on anything in the shop? I have pictures and call logs of everything as well. If they were honest up front, I would understand but I didn't even get an apology. Garbage people at his location and that's a shame. I always take my car here for service. Mainly because I have their CC which offer 6 months no interest on services over a certain amount. When I saw they gave good service every time it was a reason for me to continually go here. I've never had an issue with my car after service or any of the technicians. I can be kind of snippy but they're always very nice and show me grace. The only thing I can say "negatively" is they forget to change my service reminder sticker sometimes. Not a big deal at all. I can always refer to my receipt to see when my next service date will be. Thanks guys! read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would like so many here! Purchased new tires and alignment along with a few other additions during their tire promo that included windshield wipers. Was told at the day of purchase by Dylan they weren't sure how to apply the free pair of windshield wipers and had to wait until the next day for the Aberdeen, MD. manager (James) to approve. I called prior to let them know I was stopping over to pick them up. Upon arrival, was given the run around saying first that it wasn't their initial recommendation to be replaced so I wasn't eligible. Then was told that I did not request the wipers on the day of purchase which I did. Then was told the wipers were not in stock and had to be ordered when told the previous day there were plenty in stock. Then was told that I would be charged for installation. Received a constant run around and deflection from them wanting to honor the free promotion. Makes zero sense why James the manager would make this kind of decision when we have our truck tires to do next. He was willing to lose business over a $25 promotion! My point is don't waste people's time if you had ZERO intention of honoring a promotion in the first place! We have been coming to this location for many years now and have been very happy with the employee's quality of service but their manager leaves a poor impression of what is ethical in regards to honoring promotions. Can't say we will be doing business in the future at this location because of this especially after spending over $1600 with $444 of it for labor with mounting tires, balancing and added sensors. Been a customer with Firestone most of my life and have absolutely nothing but good things to say until I visited the Aberdeen location. After bringing my car in for tire repair/replacement, I paid for full diagnostic and have lifetime alignment on vehicle, I was disappointed the problem was not resolved. Everyone has a bad day or experience so I chalked it up to that. Within a few days i got a nail in my tire...no fault of anyway of Firestone but a great opportunity to bring back. Left the car for the weekend again, was told it was ready and it was not when I arrived. I was informed I needed multiple services. Hard to understand since I paid for all this a week ago. Asked them to email me what services I needed, they sent me an email two weeks later stating I needed an alignment...which again, I have the lifetime and they did two weeks ago. When I did get my vehicle my wheels were covered with break grease and they we all inflated to vastly different psi. Asked the attendant who stated sarcastically, Yeah, it is break grease" like I was stupid (Please see photo). When I complained he stated to me "what? Do you want us to detail it for you?" I took my car for a front end alignment because I had a lifetime front and alignment purchased and this would've been the second time getting an alignment. They had my car the entire day only for me to call about a half an hour before they were closing for them to tell me they couldn't get the front right tire off, that they would've had to cut the lug nut off and replace it. I brought my car home, jacked it up, took off the tire with my impact drill with no issues whatsoever so why I was told they couldn't get the tire off I have no clue but this is the second time I got a lifetime alignment and they couldn't do the second alignment on two different cars so don't get the lifetime you're wasting your money and you might wanna go somewhere else. read more

Came in to get an alignment because my friends had just put on new control arms for me and also needed a bolt tightened bc he didn't have the right tool for it. They wanted to say I needed a whole new control arm after I had just got one and wouldn't tightened up the bolt. When it reality just needed a new ball joint. NEVER EVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE. My partner, dog and I were driving on I-95N when we got a flat. When we got to Firestone, the techs had my vehicle in the garage in no time. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year. I can honestly say that we were extremely lucky, and extremely grateful, to come across a shop full of the kindest, most generous folks around. The experience was the epitome of top-notch customer service. If I lived in the area I happily would go here for regular service and maintenance. read more

I had a bad flat tire on I-95 and called this Firestone to see if they could quickly replace my full size tire. Cameron answered and said though they were busy, to come on in and he would see what he could do. There was going to be a long wait for a lift and I had my family in the car for 10+ hours at that point so I said I could change the tire myself if they could just get me a new one. He quickly agreed and got the tire replaced. My car Jack failed in the parking lot and I had to go in and ask if I could borrow a hydraulic Jack from them. Ricardo came out, boosted my wheel hub off the ground, put the tire on, and helped me tighten the lug nuts with a torque wrench. Last month I came here and purchased a brand new set of tires, tune up and a alignment done. Haven't had any issues with my Jeep and everything seems to be running smooth. I came back a couple days ago because the fog lamps in my Jeep both went out and needed them to be replaced. I had bought the light bulbs form auto zone but just needed someone to install the bulbs in for me. I get here and ask the gentlemen to run me a price for the installation. At first, he tells me they don't install parts from another store... OK that's fine. Then he asked me what bulbs did I get and I said the ones that go to my Jeep, the 2504 which was the type. After a few minutes he runs me up a quote and tells me that's it's going to cost me $273 dollars just to have them replace the 2 lightbulbs in my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Are we serious? I have no idea why it would even cost that much for a 10 min job and I've already purchased the part, so I was going to pay $273 dollars for a 10 min repair? They got me f$*ked up. I thought this was a joke but the man was serious. He then later recommend me taking my Jeep to Aberdeen Auto Care and so I went there, explain to them what happened to me at Firestone and how much it was going to charge me and they could not believe it. The guy at Aberdeen Auto Care looked up my Jeep in the system and how much the lights and repair would cost and it literally ran me to $43 exact AND it only took them 20 mins to do. I was able to get serviced right away. I'm not sure what's going on at Firestone and why it would cost that much but this definitely didn't sit right in my spirit. I've been coming here for quite some time and now I'm left feeling like I've could've been a potential victim of a scam. read more

Was told another representative would be in contact within the next five days. Obviously those days have passed. Ladies be careful. Me and my mom usually take our vehicles to Precision Tune on Rt.40, but they're closed due to Covid and have not reopened yet. My mom called Firestone for pricing for a tune up. They gave her a price, but my mom felt it was steep for a tune up, so she called her friend (who's a guy) and had him call to get the price for the same service and the same make and model vehicle. The price they gave him was over $100 less than the price they gave her. SMH beware ladies. read more

Unprofessional, rude, inefficient. Made an appointment to get one tire replaced. They said to come in at 3 and it will take 2-3 hours. Got there at 3:40 due to car accident on 95. They no longer could squeeze me in on that day, underlining that in a uncaring tone of indifference. It takes 20 minutes to replace and balance a tire, so not sure how being late cuts into the two hour timeframe that they provided... But ok you don't have to be $@&#$ about it. Anyway while there, a customer came up to me and recommended Midas down the street. He said he dropped his car of at this firestone location in the early morning for oil change and it still was not done at 4. He said he will not be returning and neither will I. read more

My wife came home from work to tell me she had a low tire, I find a 3" screw in the tire so I live 1 minute from this Firestone store I've used them from the very first day that they opened I've bought numerous high end tires including the one with the screw in it from them and have always been happy with the service right up until tonight! Fortunately I've worked in the tire repair business in the past so I removed the screw from the tire and removed the tire from my wife's car took it to Firestone since I bought that set of tires from them, I arrived at 6:20 pm the store doesn't close until 7pm as I was carrying the tire up to the front of the store I passed a employee who was walking to a car in the parking lot and he mumbled something I go inside and no one is at the counter there is no vehicles in any of the bays and two other guys are milling around in the bay then Mr Mumble comes in and asked if I was leaving the tire I said no I had a screw in the tire and I need it patched he gruffly says I can't do it to night, now I look at my phone it's 6:30 I said My wife needs the car for work tomorrow and he says he doesn't have time to repair it and I would have to leave it! I mean it's not on the car I marked the tire on the side wall where the screw was so it shouldn't take no more that 15-20 minutes to repair and another 5-10 minutes to balance it. So I loaded the tire take it home break it down the old fashion way put a patch on it that my neighbor had put it back on bead with my bead blaster mounted the tire on the car and was done by 7:10pm. Unfortunately for this store and Firestone tires NTB in Aberdeen and Goodyear will be getting my business from now on! I would had most likely bought 4 new tires from them the next day for that particular car if they wouldn't had been lazy and would have went the extra mile to help me! read more

Cannot say thank you enough to this team or Michael, the service manager. Yesterday, I was experiencing some issues with my car while driving home on I-95. The car had recently been serviced at the dealer and, yet, there was a strange sound that continued to grow more pronounced as I continued along my 3 hour drive. I first called my dealer, who told me to just bring the car in when I got home. Worried, I then pulled off the road and saw this Firestone location. I tried to describe the sound and, rather than guessing, Michael hopped in the car to listen for himself. The team then took the car, and tried to get me in and out quickly to continue on my journey. Upon returning the car, they found that my dealer had forgotten to tighten the lug nuts on the front tire. It was a quick and cheap fix - something I haven't been accustomed to with my dealer! Michael even took a drive in the car post-repairs to make sure that everything was ship shape. They literally may have been life savers yesterday!
