I recently scheduled an appointment online for four new tires at your location for 8:00 AM. Within 15 minutes, I received a call asking if I could drop off the car instead. I explained that I would need to arrive at 9:00 AM, as I required a ride. I arrived at 8:50 AM and was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the store manager. However, the experience quickly went downhill. At 2:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that it was next in line to go into the bay. When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the car had been moved but was sitting on the side of the building. The receptionist mentioned someone was working on it--though at that time, there were no cars in the service bay. Approximately 10 minutes later, my car was pulled into the bay. It was the only vehicle in there for about 15 minutes, followed by two others. At 5:15 PM, a technician came over and showed me a photo of a bent lug nut, stating that the tire couldn't be reinstalled until the issue was resolved. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. At 6:45 PM, I was informed that my car was finally ready. I was shown the damaged lug nut and told, "I've never seen that before." Frankly, I wasn't interested in explanations at that point. From my perspective, the damage occurred because the technician likely attempted to force the lug nut without first hand-tightening it. What's more disappointing is that, despite the delay and inconvenience, I was simply told my total and wished a good day--no apology, no acknowledgment of the 10-hour wait for what should have been a routine tire replacement. I had driven past three other tire shops to come here--despite colleagues warning me against it--because I've had good service from your location in the past. This experience, however, was among the most unprofessional and poorly managed I've encountered. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously. read more

The customer service representatives were polite. And the process was easy. However 8.5 hours for a state inspection when I dropped off my car as soon as the business opened is ridiculous. And to top it off when they couldn't find anything wrong with my car they insisted that my lights needed to be adjusted or I wouldn't get the sticker. 100$ for a "light adjustment and cleaning" for me to not even see a change is awful. Wouldn't recommend this place for state inspection to anyone. read more

I came in to get my car inspected bc it was close to our house...never again. tried telling me that needed almost 600 in work on my car. little do they now my dad just did work on my car before I brought it up for inspection. also tried to tell me my head lights were illegal which is funny bc were I work they have a lot of cops and no one has said anything to me and my car passed inspection last year so yeah....... and my car head lights don't cost 180 dollars lol. don't know what bulbs they are using but okay. also stated my side lights weren't working. that's funny they are working for me. and I have two so I don't know where they got 4 from but okay. this place is a joke and will definitely never be coming back. so much for trying to find a dependable place by my house. Everything went smoothly... I arrived about 1030 am on a Saturday, roughly two weeks ago. I was greeted by the store manager Sean. I explained to him my situation... He gave me a great price on two new tires, wiper blades and an oil change. I thought I needed a ride because the service would take all day. But nope, Sean said we can get you in right now. All services provided were fulfilled in 90 minutes. I saw William working on my car and he was the only one working on my car. I did not see him leave my car at any point to work on another car which was refreshing. I love it how this station has it where you can see all of what's going on with your car while service is taking place. It seemed like after I arrived several cars were starting to pull up all at one time. Well luckily for me I was in and out by noon day. The station is located off the super busy Battlefield Blvd. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance and a restaurant right next door. I have been bringing my car here for years and have yet to experience any brow raising issues. I read some of the other reviews...so proceed with caution. But IMO I love it here. Called this place for quotes (car alignment, tire rotation and balancing) and same day (Tuesday) appt. Was told they didn't have any more appt for the day but they did have 10am or 3pm appt available for the next day (Wednesday). Told the lady I was speaking to that I'd have to call back cuz I needed to confirm with my husband. When I called back I booked the 3pm appt. Wednesday afternoon, my husband got off work early, picked up my son from school early, so we could make our supposedly 3pm appt. We get there and we're told we weren't book for Wednesday but Tuesday instead. When i explained that I called Tuesday for quotes and booked a Wednesday appt, the guy at the front desk says that he was told I called for a quote but never called back for an appt. (Weird, if I only called for a quote then why was I scheduled for a 3pm Tuesday appt? I was even told there was no availability for that day!) Went to all these trouble only to be told "sorry" cuz there was nothing they could do for us. Didn't even try to get a hold of the lady I spoke to, so we could clear up the misunderstandings and their mistakes. Wasn't even apologetic about the inconveniences they caused us. SMH. read more

No stars. My daughter took her car in for state inspection. They recommended front end alignment which she did. They gave her printout from the alignment. She told me (her mother) about it and I contacted our cousin (a mechanic) who just did an alignment on her car 3 months ago and showed him the alignment report. He informed us that we were ripped off. The alignment report was falsified/grossly incorrect. Spoke to 1 of the managers who was rude and condescending. Went up there and other manager refunded money saying mechanic had "dropped" the head that is used. Huh?! Without correcting the mistake he made, just went ahead and took her money?! Yeah right, they were caught cheating her to scam additional money, bogus work to make money. Got her money back but no apologies. Luckily I had my cousin take a look. I wonder how many people they have pulled this scam in BEWARE! read more

I've had good experiences here in the past. Visited in February 2024 for wheel alignment and a safety check. They left my hood unlatched, which I noticed driving down I64. This safety issue is disconcerting. They also checked my air filter and didn't close the air filter case back up. read more

I much prefer writing positive things about businesses yet it's important to share the ugly also. I visited this business because my driver-side window went off track. After a $50 diagnostic, I was quoted a price of over $800 dollars to get it fixed. Thankfully I called and consulted with another company and was told to leave because I was being ripped off. I would not take my vehicle to this company again and hope you have a better experience than I had, if you choose to take your business to them. P.S. While conducting the diagnosis, the technician broke a clip from the car door. After bringing it to the manager's attention and asking for rectification of services, additional clips were ordered and replaced. I certainly appreciated that. read more

Ive been here several times because I haven't had another choice until lately. In short, its a flip of the coin on the service you receive. They might not even perform the service, i.e. oil change or tire balance. You have to check and then its a huge pain in the butt to wait (average one entire day) to be done even close to right. One time, the guy inside even tried to lecture me on my tires being too aggressive! They wouldn't patch an obvious hole in my spare and said that it couldn't be repaired! The bolt was sticking out of the tread! They are in a good location and always busy but if you can avoid these clowns, do it. read more

I Took My Car to this establishment to get my car inspected, which was a estimated Price of 35.00$. Note I Had Just Bought 3 new Tires Earlier, And my Car was Driving Exceptionally Well.... I Got A Call Back Stating that my Car Needed Additional Work, Before they could clear it For Inspection. The Receptionist stated that it was something wrong with one of The Tire Mounts or Something of That Nature...... So I asked her How Much Extra would it be... she Stated an overwhelming Price of over a 500.00$ amount. This really angered Me... Well I Needed My Car to Get Back and forth to Work. Sad to Say I Gave the Okay to Fix it. Got My car Back a Day Later... Paid for Repairs and got my Inspection updated. The next day while Driving it... the Front End Started Shaking Really Bad, if I Went Over 45 MPH.. took My Car Back.. and told them what was Happening... they told Me that I Needed A Front End Alignment(note) my Car Was Driving exceptionally well before I Went to This Establishment. I was Very Upset because after taking my Car to Firestone.. there was one Thing After the Next of Car Repairs..,. I Was very Disgusted in Firestone. I will Never give them any Business Again...
