I brought my car here 5 times. 5 times. After calling and having the guy on the phone tell me to bring it in and he could fit me in, he suddenly could not fit me in. I brought it back, as I have mentioned, 5 times. The fifth time they were finally able to work on it and did the alignment and an oil change. Success. Then I left the place to find that the air conditioner was not working after it was like a refrigerator when I pulled in to the driveway. The manager/who knows what he is/ was not helpful and actually laughed at me when I told him that my a/c was not functional after bringing the car to them. The manager/whoever he is was unfriendly, unkind, couldn't even greet me when I went in to the shop. He was stone faced and actually so motionless, I thought, hey be patient, maybe he is having a stroke. Then I called the district manager to tell him of this disasterous experience. No call back. Shocking that this pitiful service is met with pitiful district management. This is the WORST service I have had in a long, long, long time. And I paid almost $350 for it??? omg, what an epic fail! It's raining cats and dogs and I walk out of the office to get lunch to find my back tire is alarmingly low. The closest gas stations are a newer 7-11 with no air pump and a very old one with a broken pump. But a nice gentleman told me about this place and said they would help me out. The young woman at the desk was super nice and the tech that checked my air was as well. He checked all my tires, filled the low one and even replaced two missing valve stem caps! While I did not have any more done at the time, this place will definitely be on my short list for repairs...especially since I'm probably going to be in the market for new tires soon! read more

anything that involves car and money is a huge downer. I went in to have my front tired checked because my car was shaking at any speed. I was scared of a blow out and took it in without an appointment. They graciously took my car and told me to come back at 5. They took all my info phone number etc. When I came back turned out the did not take my number correctly and had tried to get a hold of me to alert me that I needed new from tires... They has all my tired off the car and not ready to go by any means. I agreed to buy two new tires but the next catch is they only had one tire in stock and could not get another one in that day. Went to this Firestone t give them second chance after being gone for 3 yrs but nothings changed far as clean facility & poor service. I recently went here for a scheduled oil change and was impressed by the level of customer service. For one, the wait was not longer than one hour and usually, even at dealerships, you could be waiting much longer for a very simple service. The staff was very attentive and did not try to push any additional services which has been my other complaint with many auto dealerships. Poor customer service. They replaced my tires, then advised me to let them fix my brakes. I agreed then after the repairs I drove off the lot with squeaky brakes, waited a few days for the squeek to subside, but it got worse. I called them multiple times and they advised to "give it another week". Finally had the chance to make an appointment a month later. Appointment was at 11am, but they didn't give us an update on the car until 3pm. We were car-less and stranded in Centennial for 4 hours - paying money for rides around town to kill time, which was not our plan for the day. We waited all day just for them to tell us they found a rock lodged in my brake system and were going to charge US for the cost to fix. It made no sense because my brakes were fine before I brought my car in originally, they got worse after Firestone worked on them, then instead of Firestone correcting it, they blamed the issue on me, the customer, and tried to get me to pay extra, on top of the fortune i already paid for my tires and brakes. The manager was very argumentative and had no empathy. He did not care to "make it right" and his tone was unprofessional. Imagine going to Target to return an item that was damaged when you bought it. You call them to make sure they accept returns, they say "Yes, but you should probably wait. Maybe the damage will get better in a week!" Okay, makes NO sense but, take their advice, they are the Target experts. You finally realize, no, this item is still damaged, it needs to be returned, or replaced with another item, or fixed. Then after all that, Target tells you, sorry, we can't fix or return the item, you're gonna just have to buy a new one! This is what Firestone did. The manager finally decided, after grueling debate in which we were clearly not okay with paying for this, he could fix the brakes for free . The only reason he compromised is because we ordered him to pull our car out of the garage since we weren't gonna pay. We were livid at this point. They apparently fixed the rock issue and the brake rotors, but guess what, they STILL SQUEEK. They "fixed it for free" but we are still stuck with an issue. Not sure if they really fixed anything or just lied to get us to calm down. Either way, poor customer service and bad experience here. read more

My car stopped on the road (while I was driving it) yesterday and I had to switch on the ignition a few times to get it started again. I took it to this dealership today and gave a good description of the problem including the fact that the car was moving while the engine was cut off. After investigating this, the technician said he was confident that this was due to a weak battery and recommended changing the battery. After 2 hours and 188$ (which included an oil change, installing new battery and service charge) later, my car still has the same issue. This time they did not try upselling me. However the last time I'd been there, they tried upselling quite a few parts that were actually replace just a few months before then! Reading Dave E's review also reminded me of a similar experience I had with flat tire. The last time I went there (for an oil change and nothing more) , they informed me that one of the tires had a hole it it and suggested replacing it too! (I considered myself lucky then that it happened right near afirestone. I am not so sure now after reading (not on yelp and not Dave) another reviewer having had the exact same experience!) read more

Purchased tires from here and they pried my hubcaps off instead of unscrewing them damaging two before they realized what they were doing. Got 4 tires and a warranty $700 bucks. In the course of two years the tread has lasted as expected but two tires have blown out the side wall and one shredded on the highway. The tires are garbage and now there are no more tires in the state of Colorado to replace under warranty. That means that there is one tire that could go at any moment based on the previous three tires and the warranty is useless. I would have been better to get a whole new wheel set from craigslist for the amount of money I paid for these crap tires. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They are very nice up front, but their mechanics are morons. We took our van in to get the shock obsorbers replaced along with the cabin air filter and an oil change. We pick up the Van, and it moved funny while operating it so my wife took it back in. They admitted to not doing a final test drive and found out the shock obsorbers needed to be tightened down so they took 45 minutes to do that. Then my wife pulled away a 2nd time and it started raining. She turned on the wipers and they didn't work. She went back and they fixed that with egg on their face. THAT'S NOT EVEN WHY I'M GIVING THEM A 1 STAR RATING!!! The next day we noticed the air condition motor was rattling like a motorcycle. Really bad sound. I called about it and they asked if we could bring it back a 4th time so we did. They told us it was a part that had nothing to do with what kind of work they performed on our van. So they wouldn't cover the repair of my Toyota Sienna 2011 Van sounding like a Harley inside because the AC Motor was loose. So I took it to Family Tire down the street from where we live in Lone Tree. They said it looked like when Firestone replaced the cabin filter, Firestone must have broke or busted the part that kept the motor in place so we paid $375 and got it fixed with Family Tire but I felt that Firestone did the damage and should have covered the repair or at least meet us half way to show they care. This place is a terrible auto repair shop that has novice at best mechanics, and worst thing about it...... they don't admit fault or take responsibility for their own mistakes when made. I recommend anyone to use another place until this shop cleans up their act. read more

These guys are the best! We got a quote for a great deal for putting snow tires on two cars. They did the first no problems and when we brought in the second, they inspected the normal tires and told us that we actually didn't need the snow tires because the current tires were just fine. I would recommend any person to go there because they know what are they doing! I have Range Rover sport supercharged! And my alignment was off I took it to many places they couldn't fix it and one place did really bad job at it that the stability of the car was bad and all the light went on because the bad job they did and big I tires told me I need to install after market kit that gonna cost me a lot of money! I went to firestone and the did the alignment and re steering wheel was to the left just a bit and they took it back and now it's just great!! Took my car to Advanced Auto Zone and bought a new battery, then went to Firestone for an oil change, they had a better price than Grease Monkey ($20 cheaper for basic) and they got me in right away. When my car was done they told me that need new tires and that I shouldn't be using winter tires in the summer (none of them were winter tires and I had just bought 2 of them), then they told me that my battery didn't pass their test and that I needed a new one. Went back to Advanced Auto and had them check the battery, it was fine. DO NOT go to this place, they try to take advantage of you. read more

I took my wife's Murano to get a leak check out.. Firestone told me that it needed a complete new front end costing over $4K. I called a Nissan dealership and they said the symptoms I had would not need what Firestone was proposing. After taking it down the street to the Nissan dealership I needed a Power Steering hose for $300. Not sure if it was dishonesty or being inept. but would recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else. read more

Atrocious shop. To be quite frank, I think 1 star is quite generous. Ill never go to this shop ever again. I went in for a transmission flush and a brake job. Both of which are very routine, very simple maintenance jobs. When I came in I informed them that my rotors were warped and I knew that because of the feel of the brake pedal when braking. So those needed to be turned or replaced. I also told them that I wanted the pads replaced with EBC brake pads. I informed them that the transmission was a CVT transmission that requires special trans fluid and I knew that it needed be done because thats what the service manual says for the mileage on the vehicle. They told me that they had to do a brake inspection regardless ($22) but that it would be applied to the brake job and not to worry about it. So far, so good. They didnt know (even when using the computer) that my car is ONLY available in V6 and only one model of V6. This is AFTER I informed them of the engine model number, size/configuration AND displacement. Not sure how they couldnt figure that out with the aid of their computer system. Whatever...as long as they do a good job, right? So Im waiting for them to order whichever parts/materials they need as theyre performing the brake inspection. The brake inspection came out to read EXACTLY what I told them when I came in. No surprise there. As long as its applied to the maintenance being done, the only harm done is they wasted some of their time. Then Im informed that they dont have and cant find any of the materials for my car. They tell me that they dont have what they need to turn my rotors, dont have any of the required transmission fluid (its pretty common and is available to order just about anywhere), and I told them that EBC has distributors all over the country. And if they cant find one nearby, you can order them off of their website. For reference: I have had EBC brakes installed on 4 different vehicles, 2 of which where in Colorado (the springs AND denver), and the other 2 were in VERY small town NW of Seattle and Tacoma,WA respectively. So I tell them "fine" just replace the rotors (which only needed to be turned because of the remaining thickness) so I can apply the $22 for the brake inspection towards the purchase which would otherwise effectively be thrown away. Then they told me they cant order my rotors either! Needless to say I left, completely dissatisfied and took my car to another shop. I happily paid the $22 and took it as a small loss considering that my car didnt have work done at a shop that is THAT incompetent. read more

I wish I was able to give them a more thorough review, but I wasn't able to get my car in for service. I had used their online service scheduling then was called the morning of my planned service and told they were triple booked and if I could reschedule for a different day. I'm sorry, but that's not my fault. I would have booked a different day if they were full on the day I scheduled. I then asked to be booked for the very next day (Sunday) and confirmed a 12:00 appt. They called me Sunday morning and said they were running really behind as 2 of their mechanics called in that morning. Again not my fault. This is not how you run a business. The lady on the phone was really nice and tried to accommodate and she offered up Monday which is not conducive to my job. I'm sorry Firestone, but you have 2 strikes. I may try to see if I can pop back in to see if you deserve a better review (I'll give anyone a chance). For now not running a business well. read more

The worst place ever. I had my front brakes done at firestone and they were under warranty and my brakes were grinding so bad so I thought my back brakes needed replaced. I brought my car in and was told my brakes, filters, brake oil, and an oil change was all needed at the cost of 500.00. I picked up my car and the brakes were the same. I was told the rotors needed to be deglazed and that's where the noise was coming from. I asked how much that would be and the gentleman said the front brakes were still under warranty for four more days and that's the problem. Outside of finding rides to drop my car off over and over again. All my car needed was the rotors deglazed. Why wasn't this done in the first place? Why were my good back rakes changed (or were they) and why were they giving me my car back in the same condition? They are morons and rip off's. Justins team laughed when I first picked up my car and my friend and I knew I was getting ripped off. Unbelievable!! Who does this?? Then two morons take my car and threw everything on the passenger seat in the back seat on the floor while they went joy riding in my car and I got it back with muddy tires. I have an attorney looking into this as no sorry or anything just here's the 180 back for your brakes that you did not need and we took care of your rotors. I am so let down. Beware as the guys at the desks are salesmen trying to take you for a ride. Go somewhere else. This place is crooked and a waste of time and money. This Firestone is close to my house, so when my tire got a nail in it, I took it here. MISTAKE! First, $30 to fix, which is pricey, but I was willing to pay for convenience. I picked up my car, and my fix tire light was still on, so back in the store I went, and they said, drive it home and it will go off. I drove it around, it didn't go off, so I took it back in, told them, and they said, Oh, you have to drive it 10+ miles in a row over 50 miles an hour and then it will go off. Ok, off to Castle Rock I go before I leave town for a week, still, tire light is on. I get back to town, and on Sunday afternoon I drop it off at 2 pm and say, hey, 3rd time I have been in for this service, my tire light is still on, can you turn it off and I am RUDELY told, they are busy, if I can leave my car until close at 5, they will get it done, it is a quick scan. Ok, I leave my car, come back 10 minutes prior to close to pick up car, and they have not looked at it, won't look at it and they guy with grey hair is a jerk and tells me he is doing me a FAVOR by turning off the light... Umm I paid you, $30.70 to fix the tire and turn the light off 2 weeks ago. He refused to do the scan, and I left the store with my tire light still on. I will be taking my car ANYWHERE but this place to get the light turned off. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I heard the "service manager" be rude to EVERY customer he talked to. He was a real gem. Just today, I was on I-25 coming back home to Colorado Springs and realized that I had a hole in my tire. I went in to this shop just to see if they could do anything for me, since it was close by. They took me right in and I was out the door in about an hour. I was in a terrible situation and just wanted to get home. They were extremely friendly and professional and very helpful. Horrible experience. Bought two new tires for my car . Gave me a list of things I needed done before they could do an alignment . One of them alone was $225, in addition to the 89 dollar alignment . This one item would take over two hours alone to complete . This was told to me an hour after my due out time , I had a very important appointment . I told them to just put the tires on an let me go . I worked on cars when i was younger . I am no means an expert but know my way around cars a little a real thought what they recommended did not make sense . Im all about preventative maintenance ! but from my experience it just didnt fit. Next day I took it somewhere else .... I gave them the list of things that firestone recommended , they agreed with my me that seem a little weird , but said they will check it out anyway . $65 dollars tax included for an alignment I was on my way . My feels like a new car . ( By the way i originally went to firestone , because i had bought the last four tires from them . The front two wore down very fast while the back were still full thread . Probably my fault for not checking the alignment , and was not looking for any compensation or rebate for my tires. But they let me know as soon as i told them that i needed two new tires that there would be no rebates because I didnt bring the tires in to be rotated . I understand , and didnt want that , but they sure were quick to tell me . They also had me on record for getting two of my other past cars my tires at firestone ....
