I was a mechanic for 12 years so I know that things happen but you need to own up to it and not treat the customer like they're trying to get over on you immedietly. Owner is very rude. I had become a little rude the day it happened because they were just trying to deny everything. Said they were going to replace the wheel but days later the owner was still being a dick about it so I just said fuck it. I'm not going to argue with this man over and over about it. He went to the gas station my wife works at and was rude to her about it. She had nothing to do with the situation. They already knew each other and she has always said he was a very nice person. So I take it down the road to a place called Randolph's and I tell them what happened and they look at it. Then they bring me back to the garage and show me proof that what Morris Tire was telling me was absolutely false! That there's nothing wrong with my truck and they do the alignment for me $15.00 cheaper than Morris Tire charges. I've been very upset the last few weeks about how Morris Tire employees tried to handle me. I will never go there again and you shouldn't either. After we arrived I slid under the car to check for any leaks and immediately noticed that the oil pan was leaking (see picture) and looked like it had been for a while. I was assured by the sales associate that it would be fixed if we decided to purchase the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive and the AC was not working. We decided that they would need to get both of these fixed before we made any decision and asked them to be in touch once everything was repaired. Fast forward a few days and they let me know that the AC would be fixed and that if we wanted the car, they could fix the oil leak too. After some back and forth we agreed to the listed price and talked through potential date for delivery. Fast forward to the next day, they said that if I wanted the oil leak fixed that the new price would be $600 more at $26,947 and if I wanted the original price that it would have to be without the oil leak being fixed because they felt like the leak "isn't that bad." All of this to say, if you are considering a car from here look somewhere else. They are willing to sell a vehicle knowing that it has issues, knowingly not fixing them before the sale, and when they are caught they try to pass along repair costs to a new buyer.

She stated that I can pay their cost or bring my own oil and filter which I decided to do . I googled them and didn't see any reviews that were bad so I was like okay I will use this business. I took my car in the day after Easter to have my oil and filter changed. That was the worse mistake I could have ever made. It took maybe twenty minutes and after I paid I went to my car to leave and noticed they did not change my oil gauge to reset it. At that moment I had a horrible feeling, they then gave me my leftover over since I bought 10quarts. So I noticed I had too much oil left and I asked how much they put in and the man said seven quarts, well that was wrong. I informed him my car takes 8.5 quarts and he then said well we googled it and it said seven quarts, granted some Mercedes do take seven but this car does not . They also had to google how to reset my oil gauge all this done on their phones. It took another 30minutes for them to just reset the gauge. In the mean time I called Walker Mercedes to verify it took the 8.5 quarts so that if I was wrong I could apologize to them. After speaking with Mercedes we found out I was correct. I then asked to speak with the owner so a lady and I believe her husband went in to tell him , why did it take both ? The man came out and said he cant speak with you just wants to give you your money back. I acknowledged that said that was fine but I would still like to speak with him when he is off the phone, It was obvious he did not want to deal with the situation. In the mean time they started to put the 1.5 quarts in that the car was lacking mind you not really measuring so I had to stand on top of them to make sure. While I was waiting on the owner which was about 20minutes I heard a gentleman come in and they had done an oil change on his van and when he would go slow it died and he stated his van did not have that problem before they touched it. So the woman who was putting the remaining oil in my car told a younger gentleman to finish my car while she looked at the van issue. SO now the owner decides to come out and I politely said Sir I am not trying to disrespect you or your business but the way my car was handled was not done correctly and had I not caught the mistake it could have ruined my car . I also told him the way he tried to avoid talking to me was unprofessional because I had a legit problem on the floor and he should have addressed it. He then said and mind you he came out with attitude written all over his face and said well we gave you your money back what else do you want? I stated that I would like him to come out and least say sorry you had these issues in the future we will be more careful , I mean maybe not take a car if you cant handle it. I realize I have a Mercedes but if you state that you have done hundreds of them then what is so rare about my car ? Its fine if you had to google how much oil but at least get the engine size right and there is only one engine size to may car. So he just kept having attitude they way he spoke to me as a woman was horrible and I'm sure if my husband would have been there he would not have done this , but sorry he is deployed and couldn't handle this. This man also sells cars on his lot there and sells them way to high, and if this is how he handles just a simple oil change complaint imagine if you bought a car and it died a mile away .
