First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.

Update! Kevin contacted me, via text after reading the…read morereview, asking that I take the review down and allow him an opportunity to come back out and look at the vehicle, free of charge. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

2011 BMW 335i e93…read more Paid $1,300+ for a repair just for him to break my clip to the fuel rail, pop off the tips/tops to my brand new $1200 coil packs, left the ignition coils unplugged and said it wouldn't start. Kevin was supposed to replace my valve cover, MAF sensor, coolant hose, Fuel Sensor B, Air intake temp sensor, and Fuel regulator. This was all supposed to fix my minor misfire problem. I wasn't able to be there for the main repair bc i had work but he had called me and told me that he couldn't start the car but everything was good, and that it was bc the battery was dead/dying. Naturally i believed him bc my car had been sitting for a while, when i had went to check on the car the day after ready to jump it the car wouldn't turn over like it would before, i told him about this initially and he said that he would come back and check on his work. He never did. But upon further inspection i found several things wrong: The bottom 2 coil packs weren't in or seated properly (when taking them out the tips/tops weren't even connected) and the connector that goes to my fuel rail had been broken. These are just the things that I had noticed off rip, so only God knows how extensive the damage really is. After I noticed all of this I brought it to his attention by calling/texting him but he wouldn't respond- when usually he would answer almost right away. Today I tried contacting him again only to find out that my number had been blocked. This has ultimately been a waste of time and a huge waste of money whereas now i have to spend even more on a wiring harness or figure out how to or even IF i can solder a new connector on, buy new coil packs, etc. on top of already spending a good amount of money on a failed and botched repair. If you want my advice, the best choice is usually the hardest one.. don't look for mobile mechanics, or mechanics who don't own an actual shop or any "do-it-yourself"ers. Just take your car to an actual shop where you can get it properly and professionally looked at. You're gonna have to spend a lot of money anyways, so you might as we do it right the first time around rather than hop scotching to different mechanics and ppl. I just wish i would've known this sooner, don't be stubborn or a penny pincher, bc pennie's pinch back and when they do it's gonna hurt like ab.

I first want to start…read moreoff by saying customer service is something that is very important to me as I work in a career where I am faced with a lot of great moments and challenging moments when showing customer care. With that, I'm very understanding and patient when things are out of other peoples control when you're asking for services. I had an appointment for 1 PM which I dropped off my car to get an inspection on what it appeared to be, my rotors and brake pads serviced. Will, who was the only one that I had a good experience with in regards of customer service informed me that it was going to take an hour in order for them to complete the inspection. That was totally understandable as it seemed like they were of course busy (for further contexts I went during a weekday because I knew on a weekend it was going to be jampacked. However, I also know that even during the weekday I do understand that there could have been a chance of there being a lot of customers) I waited about an hour and a half to two hours before I went to check on an update of my car (because now one called me for an update or anything) When I went inside, another employee informed me that my car was not inspected, and I noticed that it was sitting in the same spot where I parked it. I asked if there were any updates on an estimated time of inspection as it was two hours past my appointment. He then responded saying I don't really know as you can see we have a lot of people who cars that we are currently servicing. Again, I completely understand things get backed up, and there are certain things that are out of our control. However, when it comes to customer service, it's all about your response, your delivery/tone, and providing information that is feasible to the customer. I wish my experience was different and he could've communicated to me with updates about my car along the way before I waited two hours only for them to tell me they're unsure of when my car is going to be examined. I decided to retrieve my keys and go down the street to Firestone, where they were a lot of help and assisted me through, the process of getting my repairs. Again, I want to highlight when it comes to service and being in situations that are uncontrollable, how you respond and show care to the customer is important!

During my first visit, I was told they would perform a diagnostic and add dye/fluid to check for leaks. I was charged more than $700 for this service. Within a week, the air conditioning stopped working again, so I contacted the shop and was told this was "normal" and that I needed to bring the vehicle back so they could use a blue light to locate the leak. After returning my vehicle, I was informed that the condenser needed to be repaired and that my car would be taken to their Kennesaw location. Later that same day, I received a call from Chloe's Auto Repair informing me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while being driven back from Kennesaw to Dallas by one of their employees. When I arrived at the shop, I immediately documented the damage with photos and informed the front desk staff that I would not be paying for the services at that time. They acknowledged my concerns and returned my keys. I also obtained a copy of the police report and the owner's contact information. I was told I would be contacted by the owner to obtain insurance information and discuss the incident further, but he never reached out. This is not the level of professionalism or care anyone expects from a repair shop that promotes itself as reliable and trustworthy. My vehicle was damaged while under their care and responsibility, and the shop was not proactive or transparent in addressing the situation. The following morning, after not hearing from anyone, I called and requested to speak with the owner, Jack. It took 2-3 phone calls before he finally provided the insurance information needed for the damage claim. During our conversation, he attempted to persuade me to allow his shop to complete the repairs and order the parts themselves, but I declined and requested to work directly through the insurance company. He initially stated he did not have the insurance information available and promised a return call. When he finally provided the information, I was told I would need to handle communication with the insurance company myself moving forward. He also requested payment for the AC repair bill before the accident-related repairs had even been completed. At no point did I feel there was genuine accountability, concern, or even a sincere apology for the situation. The response I received was simply, "accidents happen." Since then, I have spent over a month dealing with police reports, insurance coordination, collision repairs, and the significant stress, inconvenience, and lost time this situation has caused my family. Although the insurance company ultimately repaired the accident damage, the shop continues to contact me requesting payment for the services performed on the day of the accident. My car went to the shop with value and now has diminished value due to the accident. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and hope they choose to resolve this matter fairly and professionally without further escalation.
