I have been here twice, and received the best service both times. James and Donovan have both helped me and given me great advice for my 2013 Honda Accord Sport. The first trip I took was to get a new tire after a blow out. They fixed me up and got me out the door asap. Not too much damage to the wallet. The second time, my car started to sound like absolute trash. My coolant reserve tank got disconnected from my radiator. I needed my brakes bled, an alignment and my tires rotated and balanced. If I could give a zero I would. My son called because he needed an alignment on his car. He talked to someone and made an appointment. He told them he had to work so needed to drop the car off the night before so they gave him instructions on where to park and where to put his keys. He called the next day and they said that he didn't have an appointment. They then said they would look at the car anyway ( ok great) they call and tell him that they can't get it in the lift because it was too low. Then say they can look at it on Wednesday (why then and not now?) so I called to get clarification. The first call I was put on hold then hung up on. Call 2 I say why I am calling and get put on hold again hung up on then time 3 and 4 same thing. I finally got the corporate number and talked to someone who contacted the store and they told her that they couldn't look at the car at all. However they were going to charge my son for having the car for 2 days. Seems like something shady is going on. Stay away! read more

Even when they're slammed, they are always friendly. The coupons I receive via email make oil changes cheaper than most places. I've been here for a few years with a few vehicles and they are transparent with how long things will take, what repairs/maintenance is urgent and what can wait and I haven't had any issues. Walked into this location to see if they can assist with some things for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and the guy at the front said he would have to refer me to a auto body shop because the Firestone system can't handle any jeeps that at 2016-2022. I have only ever taken my wife's jeep to Firestone because that what she has done since she bought it. This guy is driving away good paying customer and turning away business for what reason I don't know. If you want lazy people working for you I think Firestone needs to take a look at who they employee because this guy is just looking for a easy paycheck with not having to help customer guess I'll take my business else where. Firestone is a chain store, and it feels like it. The waiting area is minimally equipped, and certainly not equipped for the varied demographic that frequent these places. The time I waited for the service was a bit over what I was quoted, and found some damage to the finish on my wheels. The guy did help me load my wheels up. read more

Worst Experience at Firestone . They said it would take a few hours and ended up taking 3 days. Three different people told us three different reasons why it was taking so long. They each placed the blame on someone else. The forgot to put at least 12 screws that we know of so far, back into the inside of the cab. They broke the plastic that hold the radio and glove box in. And the guy said after we confronted him , oh yeah I put the plastic in the ashtray sorry . But they never told us it was broke. They broke the plastic corners that hold the screws into plastic piece under the steering wheel. They didn't screw In the hood release so it was dangling below the brake pedal. The guy said oh I tucked it out of the way and forgot to put it back. We bought two brand new tires and they didn't even clean them. And when asked if they fixed the shake they said they couldn't drive it fast enough in there area to test it. They also did not fix the temperature gauge that needed fixed. it was there to get the heater core replaced. The heater core that we were quoted more than $150 cheaper before they called and said was the wrong part and they had to order another one. So they had to charge us more But a different lady told us that it was a leaking defaulted part and they had to order one that worked right. We will never take any of our vehicles there again. read more

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I got my Tire changed and the TPMS light would not turn off after a few minutes of driving...so we went back and they reset it...The light was still ON! So I called and they said to drive it for 20 mins straight and if it doesn't turn on to go to a Jeep dealership....I drove it home and the passenger tire was DEFLATED. They are all new tires no punctures or Holes (we took it off and put a spare and filled the deflated one with air and it's now perfect...no air loss what so ever)...I don't know what they did but somehow the air was leaking out near the valve .... It was completely fine before I went back...We won't even bother to go back to them....They weren't even friendly and they had the "well your a girl so you probably don't know shit about cars" attitude. Took two sets of wheels here to get the tires taken off one set and put onto the other. Dropped them off at noon and it took them until right before closing at 6pm to call and let us know they didn't have the equipment and we needed to go to the other shop in puyallup. They didn't even manage to take the tires off. So now I have to haul two sets of wheels home unload them and then go to the other shop because they are now all closed. If they would have called an hour or two later I would have no issue because I could of taken them to the other shop before they closed. I have always gone here and I will never return horrible customer service. The workers watch me and my boyfriend load the wheels into our cars and never said a word. I went in with a tire that needed repaired. Was told there was not enough tread to repair and I needed to replace it. I didn't have that much cash in me at the time and just had them out air in the tire until I could come back. I was told by Shawn that they had the tire in and when I was ready I could give them a call before I come to ensure a quick repair. I called at 9 am, he said to come in by 11 and they could repair it in 30-45 mins. I was in a hurry to leave town for a family event. I got there, was told 45 mins and it would be done so I told them I was going to get some food and would be back in 45. I came back and was told they didn't even have the tire in and it was being driven from another store. Still sitting here, an hour and a half later and the tire still isn't here. Not happy read more

Terrible experience as soon as i walked in. The lady kept trying to sell me additional services, even after i said no, but i did agree to an alignment. First, it took them 3 hours to change 4 tires and do the alignment. Second, they didn't ask if i wanted the white letters showing or not and they installed them on the inside. Third, after the alignment my steering wheel is now crooked. I didn't have any issues before going to Firestone. In fact, i just got my 1980 truck out of maintenance. I believe the mechanic replaced bearings and then yesterday Firestone told me that they wanted $250 more to replace those same bearings. I said no. They tried to get extra money from every person who walked in. One person came for an oil change, walked out needing to spend more than $1,000. He had to come back because they didn't even clear his check engine light. Firestone HQ needs to send some undercover inspectors. read more

He acted all shady saying if the indication light doesn't go away make sure you come back here. These guys are on the ball! My family and I were on our way to Mt. Rainier when I ran over something on hwy 512, and my tire went flat immediately. It's Sunday, nobody's open, except Firestone...which is not only open, but open at 8am! I called them up, but unfortunately they didn't have my tire. Shawn told me not to worry he was sending someone to a warehouse to get one. Well back to the AMAZING SERVICE,I arrived at 654 to find Ms.LeHaw making coffee and ushering me right in.She asked straight away how could she help and I said "make my van stop pulling " so she grabs a flash light and says "Lets go look" . After the look and some questions she offered to check the alignment, for free no less. Now enter J.R.Robbins our hero/tech, spoiler alert he's really good. He puts the van on the thing and shows me on the print out how the shop before had it barley in spec and it pulled WORSE. I stopped going here a long time ago, but my wife went back last week even though I told her not to go here because they overcharge and try to up-sell you on other services that you're not even interested in. They did a simple brake job and broke the Suburban's passenger side mirror pulling it out of the bay. Several days later they said that they had the replacement part to fix it and to come in any time. Went back in and they put the "replacement" mirror on fairly quickly BUT it was out of a junkyard, not an OEM part, and was not even color matched to the vehicle. I went to this fire stone about 6 months, my F150 wouldn't start , they got it started , but suggested that I have the engine replaced , so I had my vehicle towed to a ford dealer. My husband brought his work van in a few weeks back to get an oil change. He called and made an appointment ahead of time but got there a few hours early and was going to just leave it and have me pick him up. He got there around 2:30PM and because his company has an account with Firestone, he asked them to look it up. The employee who was helping him said he couldn't find the account and would need to call their accounting department to get it taken care of. He wasn't very friendly and made my husband feel like it was a bother. My husband left and expected it would all be taken care of by the time his appointment came up (at 4:30pm). He gets a call at 5:30 letting him know they couldn't get a hold of the department to verify the account as they are on the east coast and were closed when they called (supposedly they called at 330). Because of this, they didn't perform the oil change. We asked the employee when we got there, why didn't you call right after you tried the accounting department so we didn't have to wait around for 3 hours to come get the van? His excuse was that he was busy and was the only person working. He didn't have any empathy whatsoever. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever experienced. My husband has informed his company and we will not be using this location again. read more
