The…read moreOwner, Desmond Murray II advised us that it would take 3 months to bring our credit to the 700 bracket, removing all inquiries, derogatory credit lines. Then in August, 6 months later, when the credit reports were viewed nothing changed for either my husband or myself, our scores were not in the 700 bracket, there were still several inquiries and derogatory credits. The Owner advised '....I will continue to work on this...." so, he offered us the 2 credit lines (at no additional fee) that would be added to our credit report and would increase our credit score and opportunity to rebuild credit. I was then advised, by the owner - this is a one man show, that the 2 credit lines would be available on November 29th 2013. However, when we checked the credit reports it was not available and is still not available. On several occasions my husband and I have tried working with this company and the owner with extended time frames as to when we would see the score increase or when the credit lines would be available. I have requested a refund of our paid fee of $1,000.00 and when I provided the owner with my current credit score document - as he claimed he needed to ascertain the amount of the refund to issue - He has NEVER returned my call, text or emails.
