When we looked at potential plans for the next year (as she did this for both 2023 and 2024 and will be for 2025 here in a few days) she was able to show me costs and how my medication costs would be affected by the different plan options. When 1 of the medications wouldn't be covered as well as it had been previously, she was able to find a coupon on the manufacturer's website that dropped my cost for that medication down to $0. Her assistant is very knowledgeable too, and I couldn't ask for a better agent and assistant duo.
