It was $160 the day I got it then a week later I had to pay another $60 then the monthly payments would be $69 or $600 a year. Mind you- I have never had a ticket or a accident and I'm over 25. Within the first couple days I got a flat tire so I went online and filled out what I needed to fill out for my insurance she gave me which was kemper. A hour later I get a call with a guy asking the same questions I already filled out when I told him I have been waiting a hour and asked why I'm answering these questions again he said the time doesn't even start until u get the phone call. I then asked when they would be there and he said he hasn't got ahold of anyone yet it could be all day. And that I better make sure I have a jack cause if I don't and they leave and come back I'd have to pay out of pocket the next time. At this point irritated instead of waiting all day I called a friend to come help me and he changed my tire. A few days after that a drunk driver hit me and totaled my car. Not only has it been 23 days with no car but after repeatedly calling my claim worker for days/couple weeks with no return phone call I had to threaten to call and turn him into Sacramento so he would be disciplined. The next morning he finally called me back but asked me to find a ride to chp and get my own accident report or it was going to take even longer to get started. It is now day 25 and the responsible parties insurance finally got me a rental. During all this tho I just received a bill from lunas, she's trying to charge me for the month I haven't had a car! She's a snake she charges the most money and finds you the worst cheapest insurance AAA or farmers is the way to go don't go here!!
