Very unprofessional, wasn't prepared for my file in week of closing. Also lord saying I couldn't…read moreget a loan and that I needed a co signer when I didn't at all. Messed up my whole loan. The owner called my mom Ans i loser. Then when I which Mortage company cause I got fed up with bringing more documents then I should they threaten to put a denial on my loan cause they couldn't get the money for the appraisal faster then they wanted it. Which my other mortgage person was handling and not me. Very disappointing that they run there business like that and also not managing and over seeking new workers who messed my loan up in the first place.
