I'm not sure if this bank really wants my business or not. I've made 4 phone calls this week to get…read moremy questions answered about their mortgage types and rates along with information about construction loans for a new homes. All 4 phone calls got transferred; to Melissa, Patricia, or their 'mortgage department'. All 4 times the phone was not answered so I left a message. All 4 times they have failed to return the phone call. Update: Near closing time on Friday I received a phone call from Barbara. This is less than 1/2 hour after posting my review. We had a good conversation and she was able to answer my questions.
