The sermons are "teaching sermons",as the pastor takes one book of the bible, and goes through it verse by verse, taking the time each section requires. Sunday mornings include adult bible study, church service, youth church, and nursery. Fellowship or a pot-luck follow church service. He invited us in to see this beautiful, historical building and we were thrilled. We talked with him for about 45 minutes .He is very proud of the recent work that had been done. He is a GOD loving man who loves the ministry that was given to him. May GOD continue to bless him.

I was visiting this church from out of town on a recommendation from my older brother, who is a…read moreretired pastor. Let me first say that the worship service was excellent. I knew most of the songs. I was also happy that the lyrics were displayed so we could follow along precisely. The worship team played a gospel song at the end of the service. The singers have lovely voices. The pastor is a very authentic, Bible-based individual. The message was especially touching. The message was also clear about a foundational issue. I have no doubt we have a loving God and Father who understands our nature and forgives us. Simple yet profound. I know that we will experience such a good, careful message in the future too. The service followed the Bible very closely and I am happy that this church is so Bible based. The congregants were friendly yet reserved. The worship music is beautifully led while still feeling like a corporate experience. The teaching is dynamic, humble, and intellectually challenging.
