Teller…read moretook several minutes looking at computer screen, I told her who i was and that if she needed to know i had a checking account, Was told , No didn't need my info, and after 5 minutes of waiting finally got my cash. within 10 minutes or so, my wife called and asked how and where did i get $1100 to deposit in our account. Told her ,i have no idea of what you are saying, she said i got an alert of a deposit for over $1100 in our account and said she called bank to tell them a mistake had been made. I got home ,called bank again trying to reach someone at Harrogate branch, was transferred , ask person if they were in Harrogate , said I am in financial services,tried to tell her what the problem was, said we need to call customer service. Gave her our name,as she was about to hang up, i ask for a manager in middlesboro office, transferred went to voice mail. I got in truck and drove to Harrogate branch about 10 minutes before it closed. Told teller what happened, there were 3 other women ,what title they had, I don't know, but they tried to downplay what happened ,like its an everyday event that $1100 magically appears in the wrong account. Then when i got a little loud, they were in wonder why i was upset. After 1 hour, 3 calls and a 10 mile trip back to the bank , they were still in that mode,oh yes we made a mistake, but we can't figure out why that would upset you. I will say that i am concerned that they put someone elses money in my account and handed them a receipt with part of my account number on it. Not one I'm sorry from 4 women in tellers side but at least when i was leaving the branch manager had heard everything, came from his office ,apologized, said he was sorry and said thanks for your honesty. What the tellers never thought about , had i been dishonest,I could have withdrawn the my money from my checking account and the bank would have been liable , but evidently to some people, putting 1000s of dollars in the wrong account, AIN'T NO BIG DEAL

I especially like how easy their mobile app is to use for checking balances and transferring money. Middlesboro has always been super helpful no matter how big or small my problem is.
