Sheesh. This place is untouchable on quality and customer service. Actually I would call it customer care. I brought my car here based on reviews and I can confirm the 5 star rating is legit and deserved. My suspension was acting sus. So they checked out the sus suspension, and not only fixed it but addressed other issues without charging. Most shops will find issues and see it as a money grab. First choice does not. They communicate issues, fix it fast and don't charge an arm and a leg. Small town car repair shop and phenomenal small business vibes. read more

I'm so happy to have found this auto repair shop! Our truck was in desperate need of some TLC. Greg was able to diagnose the same day and provide a clear breakdown of what we needed immediately and what we would need later. We had our vehicle back in 2 days. I even took my son's car the next day, and he looked at it right away and took care of it immediately. As a woman, it's hard to trust some of these places because they just want to poke your eyes out, but I did not get that at all. This shop was such an amazing experience. He was super friendly and answered very quickly through Facebook messenger, the lady inside in the office was super nice as well! He let me swing by and took a look at my car and gave me a free quote! I ended up brining my car back the following week. Dropped it off at 9am and it was ready for pick up SAME. DAY. at 4pm! My son has a 2015 BMW that he and his dad are very particular about where it gets serviced because it can be so costly. After seeing amazing recommendations for First Choice on the Keller Neighborly Facebook page I reached out to Greg Moss the owner about an issue my son had with his car. He told me to come on by, we came in, spoke at length about the issue and he kept it overnight. In addition, Greg sat with us to talk about his passion for cars as my son had question and was interested in the photos in his office. Greg called the next morning, explained in detail which thankfully was a minor issue,and my husband and son came that afternoon to get the car. Greg refused payment! He said it wasn't a big deal and a quick fix, my husband tried to pay him at least for his time he still refused! amazing customer service! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS The owners son (sebastian) approached my sister at a QT to tell her about the business. Said he can make a deal with her regarding her car damages. Sebastian said he would only charge her for the bumper ($500). She paid up front and they gave her one of their cars as a rental. Kept delaying on when the car was ready. Once she had enough she call to let them know she was going to go pick it up. Once he couldn't scam her out of her insurance money he kept playing tag on where her car was. Kept saying it was ready and then telling us it will be ready in an hour. The owner as well as his son were very unprofessional. Kept threatening to hold off her car and sell it to a dealership because Sebastian wanted my sister to give him money that wasn't owned when she had already paid up front. Wouldn't let us go pick up the car from the body shop. Made us have to pick up the car at a QT.. and at that said they fixed the bumper. I will provide pictures of the bumper when it went in the shop "supposedly" and when we received the car. It was only spray painted. My sister lost $500 for trusting them to fix the car. If I could give it zero stars I would. Disgusting Business they are running. Who even knows if they are legit. We have all the recordings of all the phone calls and if I could post them I would. I found this auto shop with great online reviews and recommended it to my 88 year old mother-in-law. She told me they were very friendly and accommodating. She brought her car in the afternoon and they replaced the wheel bearings and it was ready the next morning, for a good price.
