I am very disappointed I bought a car with them the car total was 15,000 and to find out they sold me a car that has a missed up and transmission now I'm stuck paying off a car that doesn't move and gives me a hard time turning on then i tey contacting the owner and I get left on seen he didn't offer no help!!! it's very stressing knowing I have to pay 10,000 for a car that doesn't move if anyone else reads this please acknowledge it so you don't have to go through this !!! read more

Will be contacting the State Attorney General. Have not received title in over 2 months. Illegal and bad business practice.

This has been a horrible experience. My daughter purchased a vehicle from Miguel Reyes the owner. After three months they still had her on temporary plates. All Miguel was telling my daughter is that it was as taking longer because of a problem with the title. My son went with my daughter and they wanted more money to put her on another car or to wait for the title issue to be resolved. Allan the other gentleman that works there told my daughter to be careful on what my son was saying because he can accused my daughter and Son of defamation. My son told him why do you say it to her I'm right here in front of you defamation would be if we were making up lies about you and your business but we are not. so they left my daughter, left them a review Miguel Reyes the owner called her immediately that to please remove it that he was going to fix it. My daughter removed it. However still nothing was getting fixed my daughter reported this to the DMV and an investigator gave them a time frame to meet or it would result in a citation and further investigation. Miguel calls my daughter tells her I have two cars I brought you so that you can pick from beautiful cars clean titles, he has a suv Mazda and an ACCURA TSX. After that my daughter called him to make her final payment Miguel Reyes was incoherent in which she couldn't understand anything he said. She hung up on him and told him "hey Miguel I called to make the last payment you seem a little incoherent are you ok. Let's talk tomorrow instead. After one of his assistants called stating he was a bit intoxicated then she said no I will be the one helping you he Just took a sleeping pill. It's was like 10:am. My daughter just basically said ok. It took them 3 weeks for them to get the sticker and the actual plates after she paid it. Now it's the title he hasn't answer. then he acts like a victim he ended up telling my daughter do what you want I have someone very sick at home. So my daughter reporter this to the DMV again and they informed us they are looking into him because it shows that he has had several complaints which is not in compliance with DMV.
