I can't tell you how much I appreciate Vince's hard work, professionalism, expert skills, and patience with me--but I'll try. I bought a mount online for the TV we already have (someday we will upgrade to a larger one) and after Vince put it up, I realized it didn't tilt as low as I had imagined. I felt horrible to have to ask him to take it down while I had my son in law help me choose the right mount. But, he smiled and said no problem and removed the mount so I could return it. Fast forward a week or so, and we rescheduled for Vince to return. He hung up the new mount and TV and even had to put the wires in a conduit (I think that's what it's called) so it could go around our fireplace flume outback since it's metal.
