It's a horrible place, they rush u out with a sub par cut, ask for a trim and they make very basic trim with hairs still not cut properly and they charge way too much for the work they do.. NEVER AGAIN been there twice to give the benefit of the doubt, NO MORE would rather drive 30-60 min instead to find somewhere else.. read more

worst haircut ever. cut to the scalp on one side and long on the other. hairdresser had to have manager check and she said it was ok. if you have students working please tell the client and ask if it is ok for them to do your cut. Beware!!! read more

If there was a zero that is what this Salon should get. Not because the stylist absolutely screwed up my hair but because she blamed everything but the kitchen sink. The only person she refused to blame was herself and that is where the blame lay. She commented that she loved cutting hair but not dying as a client that was my cue to get my butt out of the seat. I stayed she over processed my hair, gave me a color that isn't from this world and charged me full pop as the final insult. I am not a fighter so I just left but I will never never return ever ever in this lifetime ever. So beware when someone tells you they don't like doing part of their job believe them & leave. read more

I have mixed ratings for this salon. First of all the staff are incredible, professional, friendly and excellent stylists. However, the wait time is ridiculous. When I asked about this, I was told that that had 11 stylists on the list but only 3-4 were able to be counted on to come to work when a scheduled. There is no commitment on the part of these staff. As a result, there were only two available to keep up on the day I was there with an hour wait time for a hair cut. This has become so routine that they have a sign on the door proclaiming "long wait times due to staff shortage". This sign has been their for many months, and yet they have adequate staff. THE HEAD OFFICE OF FIRST CHOICE NEEDS TO STEP UP AND HELP WITH THIS ISSUE - THAT SALON IS LOSING. BUSINESS! read more
