I have FINE hair and needed a cut that looked good up (pony tail) and down and dealt with my crazy cow lick in the back. Tina listened to what I wanted, took into account my style requests and gave me a great cut. Tina followed my last cut somewhat but had suggestions for minor changes that have made a big difference and also made styling my own hair very easy. I'm planning a return visit in 6 weeks for a trim. Tina herself has thick hair that was wavy, so don't think she just knows fine hair. She can handle it all. I LOVE the products she suggested when I asked for shampoo/conditioner.

He refused to refund any of this over priced poorly executed trim, even though we were in a hurry home, leaving town. He didn't even care enough about our concerns to walk over and speak to us, he raised his voice at us while standing 10ft away, behind a beaded curtain. He responded to her poor hair cut with "it's just a corner" when we asked that he remedy the situation he responded arrogantly with "you're kidding me right?!" We have never had such a poor experience. I will not let any of my family or friends go here.
