We've never been unhappy with Dr. Black. We've heard others complain about the staff but we've never had a problem. The phone staff (operators) can be less than pleasant at times but nothing that's ever ruined my day or anything. There is one doctor who was the one we were always forced to see if Dr. Black wasn't available (same day appointments, etc.) and we were unhappy with her (poor bedside manner, very, very slow causing a 2 hour wait in the exam room before seeing her). But otherwise, we've been coming here for years and are pleased!

I am a 100% service connected veteran and was seen by the VA, a Podiatrist, where my immense pain and swelling was disregarded and I was ignored. I sought a second opinion with Anderson Central Indiana Orthopaedics where the injury- a Lis-franc, was identified but I was encouraged to begin rehabilitation immediately. Hurting greatly still, I sought another opinion for my pain from Methodist Sports Medicine Group, who also promoted rehabilitation. My wife uses Dr Crowell of IPG who offered to look over my case. Dr. Crowell within 2 visits identified a thoughtful course of care that included identifying the problems- their were a few different ones, resolution (surgery) and rehabilitation. Unfortunately for me but fortunately for them, Dr. Crowell gave birth and her Podiatric surgeon husband, Dr. Brandon Baker was brought into see to my continued care. Pre surgery assessment (with Dr Crowell consulting :) ) and surgery, post surgery consult were all PHENOMENAL!!! This office and IPG Noblesville is highly recommended!!!!!

When our son was…read moreTransferred there from the hospital they didn't have him in their system even though arrangements had Been made the day before. They do not have enough staff to take care of rehab patients. They cannot follow a schedule for meds. He received his 3pm meds yesterday at 7pm only because he kept asking where they were. He did not get anymore pain meds until 6am and when they didn't bring his 10am meds he asked for them and was told he didn't have any Meds scheduled for 10am. His urinAl doesnt get emptied unless he reminds them even though they come in the room and see it. The food has not been good, cold and does not look appetizing. His widow blind was stuck in The up position with sun coming in and we had To ask several times to get it fixed. The room is outdated. The whole facility looks outdated. No one seems to really care about his needs. I tried calling the center and no one answers the Phone. The heater/ air conditioner in his room doesn't work properly. We had to open a window to cool the room down. Our son has two broken ankles and a broken leg and needs assistance. we noticed staff in unkempt uniforms yesterday. We had dealt with this place 14 years ago and it was superb then. But it changed hands and is not good now. i Feel sorry for the full time elderly residents that are there who don't have advocates for them. We just want our son to get strong and be able to go home. At this rate he won't. Do not consider this place for rehab. I would no longer send Any of My family there for any kind of care. No one there really cares (except one person who came in in the evening yesterday, it seems like it's just a paycheck for them. not at all happy with this Place. we're trying to find out how we can get him transferred some place else.
