They are short staffed and do not properly supervise the children.Due to their lack of staff and their unprofessionalism they kicked out my son and failed to file any kind of incident report showing how my son was injured at this facility. My family and I are pressing charges. The cooperate office has done nothing to make amends or apologize for my child being abused. As a concerned mother I advise parents to take their children elsewhere for their saftey and well being.

This facility isn't just a babysitter, they actually teach motor skills and other basic skills to prepare the children for grade school. My kids love going and ask if they get to go on the weekends. The staff is extremely understanding and compassionate when it comes to illness or childhood phases. They work together with parents to help kids get through life. EFP is such a blessing to our family!
