If you make a purchase and a deposit clears a few minutes later you will be charged $38. You have a limit on how many times you can transfer money from savings to checking or incur a $7 fee. You have to Zelle from your savings which requires a transfer. I called today to ask if the fee could be reversed and my call "dropped" twice making it suspicious was hung up on. On a better note, I got my car financed there and rates are very competitive. The stay I have encountered inside the branches have been friendly.

For example, saying "Do you want me to call fedex down the street to see if they'll do it?" then after I clarified what she meant/why fedex could do it but she couldn't, I replied "yes, let's see if fedex can" and she said "oh so you want me to call? Well I'll have to google the number". It was more how she said things than what she said.

Wells Fargo was so conveniently located. When the woman in the drive-through saw where my deposit slip was from she told me that she was praying for us and that she hoped I was well and safe. You don't get treated like that in Florida. It's so nice to be back in this beautiful historical town. They fought the Civil War here. I hate to return to reality but I'm going to have to sooner or later it's gonna be sad when I have to leave this town. I love it so much
