The hem fell out after wearing the dress for only 4 hours. It didn't even last until dinner! I had to go the rest of the night wearing a messy looking dress. I went back to Top Tailor to complain and ask for compensation. Not only did they refuse to reimburse me for a service that was not provided, but they accused me of taking the hem out myself, on purpose, in order to get my money back. I am outraged and appalled by their entire business. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else for your alterations.

I had to text her multiple times to finally get her to agree to meet. We settled on Sunday at 12. She then said she's running behind and would bring it to my house. Few hours passed and she asks if 7pm would work (some running behind that is). 7pm comes around and hasn't even asked for my address. She ignored all my calls then gave me some lies about her kid fighting sleep, babysitter bailing, blah blah blah. Tried to push it off to the next day and I knew it would be the same thing. My husband eventually just had to drive to her house to get it back. No apology, no thank you. This business is an absolute scam.

She hemmed, shorted the sleeves, and installed a bustle on my wedding dress. It was all done on time and with excellent quality. Kathy herself is incredible! She is very personable, knows her work and how it can best be done, and was so accommoding. On one of our scheduled appointments I took the wrong bus and was late. When I called to tell her I would be late, she offered to pick me up, and when she found out I take the bus everywhere she offered to deliver my dress to me when it was complete. All in all, she does great work with superb customer service and a constant smile.
