Vehicle Returned Undrivable - Valet Refused Insurance Information I attended a Miami Beach Chamber event at Mila Restaurant and used the on-site valet service on the evening of the event. My vehicle was in perfect mechanical working condition when handed to the valet around 6:30 PM. When the car was returned to me around 11:00 PM, it was undrivable. Within seconds of leaving the valet area, the vehicle began violently shaking, would not accelerate properly, and then suddenly surged forward uncontrollably--nearly causing an accident. I was only able to drive a few blocks before turning back because it was unsafe to continue. When I requested the valet company's insurance information, the valet staff refused to provide it. Subsequent attempts to contact the company resulted in phone calls being hung up on. I had to involve the police, who came to the scene and filed a report, and ultimately had the vehicle towed over 20 miles back to my home in the early morning hours. This experience was not only damaging and costly, but also deeply concerning from a safety and professionalism standpoint. They have no concrete proof on anything wrong with my vehicle at the time it was given. No business operating in Miami Beach should refuse to provide insurance information after returning a customer's vehicle in a dangerous condition. Went to dinner at MILA on South Beach last weekend. Asked them to leave the car up front. When I got in the car after (it was left up front), my car had recorded spikes in acceleration and my volume was left on full blast to a different channel. Aside from the fact my brand new car was driven as if it was their own, my sunglasses were stolen out of the center console. A value of $595.00. Once confronted, there was no proof, confusion and nervousness out of the two of them. Absolute disgrace. There should be a negative rating. read more

NEVER LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY! My car was hit twice in the same week by their drivers! They are speeding cars inside the garages, the entire passenger's side of my car is completely destroyed! They will try avoid to pay you for repair. Divers seem like they are using drugs during their work shifts. They are totally confused, brought car which wasn't mine, lost my keys and hit my car in the same spot twice! Such a nightmare... I'm surprised at the 1-star people have given this valet company because I honestly love it! I have used this company many times before for several years now and they've been efficient every single time and the service is great. From the Miami Beach Convention center to my apartment complex that they also valet, I give them 5-stars all around. People have to take into consideration that they run a business and it's sometimes not the companies fault when another person does something they shouldn't. They have great customer service & every one is so nice. Our work takes us to different locations throughout Miami/Miami Beach. So we get to experience different valet services daily. The service from first class in the Sterling condominium on 67st is always disappointing. The same guy always has a sour face like he doesn't understand why we keep bringing our car. Valet is complimentary, but he feels like he's entitled to a tip, even without opening our door, greeting us. Most of the time, their tucked away in the office, and can't aee the cars pull up. When i worked valet, I would give great service,a smile, and a greeting regardless of tip because that's my job. And it looks poorly on the property if I didn't. I RECENTLY HAD SOME BAD ONGOING EXPERIENCES WITH FIRST CLASS PARKING. My condo hired them to park our vehicles and I have had several incidents in which my car had been driven beyond the normal parking lot distance and returned with damage, low gas and higher mileage. I had both front and back end damage in this last episode along with a wobble and dent in one of my rims. I spoke with the person in charge during the day and was assured that my car would be repaired. This last time I spoke with a gentleman name Juan Carlos Cardona that had been sent to my building to review my situation. I was told he would be in contact with me after they reviewed the incident. 10 days later no return call, so I called Juan Carlos and was told I should here back soon, so here it is 12 days have gone by and it is the same song and dance. No response even after sending an email to the companies website. If you are using this company to park your car BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. I am not going to let this go because if I have to use my insurance and have my premiums increase or spend money out of my pocket because of irresponsible people then someone will need to be held accountable. read more

This company is used for the Miami Home Show. Last night they valet parked my car at the Home Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center and their driver stole my Oakley sunglasses from my car. I know this because I had just used my glasses prior to having the car valet parked, and upon getting my car back the eyeglass case was out of its place and the glasses were missing. I reported it to their management but nothing was done. I would urge others not to use this company or to secure all your personal belongings before giving them your car. I have filed a police report but don't expect much to come from it. read more

I believe my car wasn't just parked. My radio was blasting on a station I don't listen to and so was my air conditioner which I never use on high. My concern is that my car was not only parked but driven someplace else . I can't see any reason why a person parking a car needs to change and blast a radio and ac. If you Caneed figure out a good reason please let me know. On top of that I voiced my concerns to two attendantseparate and the acted as if I had no right to complain. Very poor customer service and service period. Did I mention that my car was parked directly in front of the venue so a station change and accessories should n other have been needed for such a short drive. read more

First Class Parking System wrecked my car at the Jefferson hotel August 25,2017. They have been one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. Do not let these people touch your car. After sending various estimates, they have avoided paying this claim,a police report was filed and the valet driver was at fault (careless driving). Needless to say who has time to deal with these people. Save yourselfs the aggravation and let your attorney or insurance company deal with this outfit. read more
