They do have garage parking on the 4th St. side, but you have to fight cabbies for most of the street spots. They have security guards inside and out all day. I happened to be parked out front one day last summer when a rolling gun fight down Broadway ended up as a car accident on Pine. As soon as I heard the first gunshot, the guard ran to the front door and yelled for them to "lock it down!" just as a car went airborne and took out the crossing signal at Pine. Very quick response and they kept the doors locked a good deal of time until the scene was secured. The building also has pretty nice restrooms in the lobby by the elevators.

As I continued to drive, I had a flash of memory that I'd be passing this location. My desire and need for cash will be satisfied. When I arrived, the ATM was different than my regular bank. Was this one newer or older, I couldn't figure it out. It really didn't matter, it gave me the cash I so desperately needed. ATM area, parking lot and the bank grounds all looked good and were well maintained. A good presentation is always important. Funny part of the story, is that when I arrived at the restaurant I learned they were a card only establishment. They did not accept cash. Oh, well. At least I'll have cash for my next adventure.

Also, I have bought Six Flag tickets and other entertainment tickets from them (huge savings for members). Now, that already puts them at ten stars in my book. But, even more than is how personable, friendly, and home town feel this bank gets another five stars. They are very helpful and courteous. She then took me to her desk which I found annoying because I'm trying deposit money. She then told me she can't help me and to use the atm. Shouldn't you be be able to do everything an atm can do? I then use the atm where my cash gets Jammed and it cancels my transaction after. It took 250 dollars. I bring it up to the manger and he then tells me he can't help me. He has no way of messing with the atm or even giving me a number to call. I no doubt was frustrated and in my effort to understand why he can't help me he belittled me!

I asked repeatedly to see the I P address that the order was sent from and was actually told by the branch manager that only a computer has an I P address! After finally receiving the report from Walmart and Visa, I was able to show that the I P address did not match, so after 3 long months of this nightmare, I finally got my money refunded. This was not the first time that my account was hacked and I had to fight to get my money returned. If you are ok with other people spending your hard earned money, then this is the bank for you, otherwise I would not recommend this business!
