I usually have to wait until they've finished with the drive through customers. So what they usually have is one teller working both the lobby AND all the lanes of the drive through. It's annoying enough to have only one teller working ALL the lanes, but to also have that same teller working the lobby also is unsatisfactory. What this does is create extremely poor customer service which is what Midfirst has. My other issue with Midfirst is their ATM is out of order about half the time. I'd change banks in a second if I could convince my wife to do so. Awful customer service. Here's an idea to improve customer service: Have a teller to service the lobby, then a teller for EACH of the drive-thru lanes that you have "open." Despite the illusion of being "open" by having a green light, they're really not open if there's no teller there to provide service.

Later this afternoon, I received a call back from MidFirst Bank of Edmond instructing me to go by my nearest branch to sign pending documents. So, when I got off work I immediately flew right over there because they close at 5pm and I got off at 4pm. When I arrived there was only one other customer inside the branch. I informed the one clerk why I was there, but for some reason the manager (Laura) butts in and tells me that she is not a branch person. I wanted to say, "then why do you have this person sitting here taking my information?". OK, how VERY RUDE was that!!! She then proceeds to tell me how she can't help me right now. Really, Laura? How can someone arrive, state what brings them in, then that person catches an attitude as if we knew each in another life? She was not only rude to me, but to her only teammate!!! Places like this don't deserve my business or time.

I bank with a shared credit union in another state so have to use them sometimes. Their bill collector had been INCORRECTLY COUNTING MONEY. When I asked about it they had no answers then they told me I couldn't deposit cash into my account because I had a "restriction". I had used my card twice that same hour, before and after that. Called my bank, checked my accounts, literally no restrictions or anything suspicious at all. Their employees lied to me about my account then when I panicked they laughed and hung up the camera call. As you can see someone from their company reached out to me and told me their regional manager would also be in contact the following day. After a week of not hearing from anyone I called someone even higher to explain the dishonesty at this location and was even encouraged by other representatives at this company to contact him but he also never answered or followed up. Months later I still can't believe their employees- Bryan and Emily did that to me and it freaks me out that people like them are in a position where they deal with other peoples money... they definitely should not be. This one experience of many with them changed my outlook on this company forever and I recommend FOCUS credit union if you're looking for another credit into on to open an account with.

I just made a account with this bank 2 almost 3 weeks ago. However, I call today due to some…read morequestions I had, and the lady yells at me "if you have questions you need to call customer service stop calling our branch." My question was something very tiny, and simple any employee of bancfirst could've answered it. I definitely recommending not banking with these people, and I will be in later on to close my account with these people. if they're going to yell over the phone over something so small they don't deserve my business or anyone else. The stars on bancfirst are low for a reason people. Just take the community advice and don't go to them.
