On 8/13/2024 I purchased two Delta Airlines tickets for $ 1356.80 each, totaling $ 2,713.60 for a trip to Sicily and Malta. On 2/19/2025 Delta Airlines informed me that I may incur a missed flight on my return flight from Malta at my connecting airport in Paris, France, so I contacted Delta Airlines to discuss my options. The agent who identified himself as a Delta agent told me I would need to book another flight with United Airlines. I questioned him on why I could not reschedule with Delta? I was told that Delta could not accommodate a satisfactory scheduling change and I should rebook another flight with United Airlines. I was told that I would receive a full refund from Delta in a week or ten days. I questioned him on how he could book another flight with United Airlines when he was a Delta agent? He told me that he worked at the International Center that specifically deals with scheduling conflicts and that they work with six different airlines. Due to this misrepresentation and the fact that my trip was approaching rapidly, I agreed to purchase a new and more expensive ticket. The United ticket was $ 3,989.90. When this charge appeared on my Chase credit card it was divided into three charges: United Airlines for $1,131.31, United Airlines for $1,131.31, and UA United Air Tickets for $1,727.28. Over a week passed and I did not see a refund on my Chase credit card from Delta for the flight cancelation. I contacted Delta who informed me that I still had an active ticket with Delta and no refund was requested. At this point I realized that I was double booked for the same trip. I then cancelled the United reservation because it was more expensive and the Delta reservation was nonrefundable. The booking agent Leonard, at FirstFly Travel LLC, 888-447-7389, EXT. Leonard, misrepresented himself as a Delta Airlines agent and did not disclose that $1,727.28 was part of the total ticket price of $ 3,989.90. He did not explain the $1,727.28 charge or any specific break down of this charge. I was only aware of this fraudulent charge after my credit card was charged. I would not knowingly pay a service charge of $1,727.28 to book a flight. Who in their right mind would do such thing? I have attached documents as proof that I had a valid reservation with Delta Airlines and that I indeed completed that trip. I have also attached proof of the United Airlines cancellation confirmation and the subsequent credit received from United for the nonrefundable ticket. I had an older client call who thought she called American Airlines to ask about arranging a wheelchair due a short connection (and her age and physical ability to get from one gate to another). The told her she'd NEVER make her connection and quoted her a price to change her ticket to a different itinerary. Because the company was paying for it (not her personally) she needed me to step in and pay (luckily). She gave me the phone number (888-447-7389) and the name of the person she had spoken to. My first clue when I called (thinking I was calling an American Airlines agent she had spoken to) was that they did not answer the call by identifying the airline. Instead, it was a very generic answer - something like, "Hello, reservations." I spoke to three different people before I got to the person she had spoken to. All were men. All had foreign accents. And there was clearly an active phone room running in the background. The last person I spoke to was exceedingly pushy trying very hard to convince me that he was the right person and I should go ahead and change her ticket and pay the difference (which she had in her notes as being almost $500). I wasn't about to give my credit card number to this questionable company, so I hung up and called the travel agent of the company who originally booked the ticket. I reached their 24 hour line and spoke to a much more authentic-sounding travel agent. She made the exact same change for just over $200. Reading these reviews, it's clear that my client had googled "call American Airlines" (or similar) and clicked on the first link she got, which was not a real one. These are devious people taking advantage of people who aren't wise enough or are in too much of a hurry to realize who they've called and taking their money. read more

They posed as Alaska Airlines on the phone. I had a price already on my on-line account and was trying to get information from Alaska Airlines on the phone about using miles. They stated that the price had doubled while I was on the phone. They sated they could give me a senior discount. Total scam. read more

This company is a scam, they made me believe I was talking to British Airlines, then sold me a Ticket and cancelled my original reservation, today I noticed the price they paid the airline was 1,000.00 less than what they charged me. Please be careful. read more

We cannot cancel our reservation! All their First Fly Travel contacts are erroneous! One of the phone numbers worked! We thought we were booking through Southwest! After we made the reservation it was through American Airlines for $123 more than the quoted price. How are they doing business! read more

BEWARE of deceptive practices. When you google Air France, for example, they have a google listing as "Air France Tickets" They issued my ticket but billed me for the full amount directly then two days later Air France billed me the same amount. They promised to look into it and refund within 7 days. They did nothing. When I refuted their charge they charged my card again and provided false information to my credit card company - doubling the price of the original charge! Air France had no record of them and billed me the correct amount for my tickets two days after this "travel agency." BEWARE. They provided fraudulent information and I was double billed. SCAM! They have no reference with Dunn & Bradstreet. They probably have other aliases for Google search - verify you have the actual airline or hotel! read more
