We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our 3D ultrasound at First Glimpse. When we called with questions about the services, we received kind and thorough answers. The scheduling was easy with appointment times in the day and evening. We brought all 4 grandparents to our appointment, and we were all welcomed and treated like royalty. The ultrasound went very well, with great images, good conversation and explanation, and patience with our daughter trying to cover her face with her hands and feet. When the ultrasound appointment was complete, we received our printed images before leaving and all of our remaining images and video within minutes. While the experience was nice, the pictures and dvd left a lot to be desired. I went at the appropriate time (almost 28 weeks) drank tons of water and ate, so I followed all the directions, and the pictures were blurry and there was little-to-no detail like the ones advertised on the website and Facebook. For the price, I expected to get pictures like those advertised. I'm not sharing the pictures or video with anyone in my family because they wouldn't even know what they are looking at. read more
