Had no idea. It's doesn't get more basic than that. I wish I could be writing a 5 star review. I truly do, because I'm the first one to praise people when they've done a good job. They have crushed not only my dreams, but an investment that would have been stellar. Purchasing a home should be an exciting, happy time. They have cost our family thousands of dollars, time, their motto is hilarious "We settle on time every time". Really? How do you explain 5 contract extensions, and coming up on 8 months of jumping through your hoops? They moved the goal post, and we'd strive harder. Luckily our attorney is very smart and provided solutions, and at the end we were told "we don't know what that is". Well, real customer service and the astronomical amount of money you charge, you could have certainly asked. Also, If what they say is true they "only deal with a handful of investors" then I can't imagine it would be so hard to verify before you put the buyer in this position. I would not recommend them to finance a dog house. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Now, if you're a millionaire and have a few hundred thousand to put down, presumably they could get it done.
