Their mobile deposit system is a joke esp. knowing it is a real person at the Duncansville branch who processes them but yet it will still be 3 days till you see it and trying to hold funds on payroll checks, one person in front of you at the drive through and you might as well pack a lunch. When calling in, you are left feeling as if you inconvenienced them for some reason. I thought once the dictator like manager left a bit ago it would get better, but I was wrong. Time to shop for a new bank that actually tries to provide customer service and convenience without the need for Tylenol every payday.

It appears to be a newer building and lot as it is the only establishment on the road. The building is beautiful as it is new and they have a decent sized lot. Their drive thru was amazing. The ATM was an up to date machine that was easy to use and made for a quick vehicular banking for me. To note, it is on a busy road that connects commercialized zones in the area. This location does make it a bit easier to enter the roadway as it appears to have its own signal light. Well, I mean they share the intersection with a business across the street as well.

M & T Bank is NOT the choice if you are considering a new bank to choose. I only belonged a few…read moreweeks or so when suddenly I got "debanked". At the time, I hadn't heard the term "debanked". But apparently it means one is kicked out of having an account at a financial institution solely because of one's political affiliation. I received a letter in the mail telling me that I was getting kicked out of M &T Bank. It stated that they did not have to tell me why, and they were not going to tell me why. I immediately went to my local branch, and the clerks there could find no information of any sort that I was being removed from my bank account. I was not applying for a loan, and I had three direct deposits coming in. Makes no sense.
