Their mobile deposit system is a joke esp. knowing it is a real person at the Duncansville branch who processes them but yet it will still be 3 days till you see it and trying to hold funds on payroll checks, one person in front of you at the drive through and you might as well pack a lunch. When calling in, you are left feeling as if you inconvenienced them for some reason. I thought once the dictator like manager left a bit ago it would get better, but I was wrong. Time to shop for a new bank that actually tries to provide customer service and convenience without the need for Tylenol every payday.

This is a very nondescript bank in the Johnstown area. Nine times out of ten you will just drive…read moreright by this and not even realize you did so. Located in the Westmont area and not really near any other businesses it feels a bit isolated. Me doing my vehicle banking I always end up at a different one each time. I decided I would give this a try and was very disappointed. They do have drive thru capability, but not the type I needed. See they have a drive up ATM...now. This location was, at one point, one that had a separate out building for ATM banking. I thought I was seeing things, but I was amused that the building was still there, just with a board where the ATM was supposed to be. The now there drive up ATM is the simplest of ATMs. You can make a withdrawal, check a balance and transfer funds, but no deposit capabilities. So no banking for me that night.

This AAA location was jut what we needed. The office is located inside a traditional indoor shopping mall facility, and is in the midst of a large, well visited shopping complex, that is full of stores. There is a huge parking lot in the front which offers plenty of free parking. Look for the large AAA sign on the face of the building. The staff of this AAA office are friendly and we're able to efficiently assist with title transfer services needed to compete the sale and transfer of the vehicle. After the business was concluded, I was able to load onto a trailer and back on the road to home. Extremely convenient. This appears to be a full service AAA office with a variety of member and travel services.
