I wouldn't trust a bad review, usually the only people who review are those with an issue about something. Everyone who loves this store like me prolly doesn't think to write thier good review. Always loved this particular pawn shop. Great staff, friendly, real people & always good deals & nice stuff. Not everything, all the time but then it's used stuff so you should expect that. One thing I have to say about first national Pawn Mandan They are shady pawn shop in the neighborhood and the females there have such an attitude they don't act professional they sell other people's hand, me down junk products, gaming system, and console wise then if something goes wrong with them, they don't want to take ownership my first PS5 I bought a year or two ago how a broken HDMI port they fought us to take it back. Second one had the same issue took at the Rock 30 games sold it to them. I just bought me my third PS5. Hopefully this one keeps running strong and I got me an Xbox series S from them had cockroach eggs, and a dead cockroaches even though I showed them videos they didn't wanna own up to. They tried to deny it The pawnshop has gone downhill since January they have been through five owners. You don't know how to run a business or kick the rocks. As well, they overcharge for the gaming systems. My friend has purchased a couple gaming systems from there and then they turn out not to work properly. Also, there's just one female there who has such a cocky does disrespectful attitude she should not be working there and then they overcharge as well. If you find something or you get rid of something, they don't give you their amount that you want and then they saw that product that you gave them for cheap a lot higher. read more

I would never have gone there in the first place but I was in a desperate situation and they totally took advantage of it. I had been faithfully paying on my account for over a year, but that didn't matter to them. The merchandise I pawned was damaged beyond repair when I redeemed it. And another item was missing altogether. Whoever was working at the time got blamed and all I got was an apology??!!! First National Pawn Mandan does not know how to do a run a successful business, They are crooks and when all was said and done ripped me off over $1000 in fees.
