BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY CHEATS ON-TIME PAYING, HIGH-CREDIT-SCORE CUSTOMERS. Chase's online…read moresystems often fail and you have to pay the fee. Twice CHASE's system failed to withdraw my automatic payment for my mortgage, and they charged me a fee but did not alert me by text, email or phone. This past month I just happened to open my account online and was shocked to see CHASE had returned my mortgage payment. I called them and asked why they did this and they said, "We can't say but maybe you had insufficient funds." I looked at my bank account and called my bank which verified there were sufficient funds. It took several calls before CHASE admitted they didn't know what happened. I asked them why didn't they, call, text, or email me when their system failed to get my payment. They told me I have to turn on the alert system otherwise CHASE won't let you know until after 30 days and your credit has been affected. (Does CHASE want to get their mortgage payments or just collect late fees...?) I paid my mortgage payment again and CHASE returned the late fee. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE IN THE LAST 4 YEARS. BUYER BEWARE.

The loan in Texas was originally with another company.....Chase just happened to buy it from them. They really charge alot of fees, and the loan process takes FOREVER!! We will be getting a loan somewhere else and maybe they will buy our loan again..... I do miss the perks we had gotten before.
