There is a parking garage and also valet parking if you prefer. My appointment with Dr. Shah almost always runs on time. I rate Dr. shah as an excellent doctor. He doesn't rush me and takes the time to do a thorough consultation. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of how difficult it is to get through to this office on the phones. It can sometimes take over an hour of waiting. They do offer a call back service but if you miss that then you have to start all over again. Given how busy they are and how many doctors they have, they should really employ more people for the phones. It's often quicker to drive there and speak to the front desk than it is to call in.

Dr Sherri Sanders is the most wonderful doctor I have ever been to. She takes time with you to…read morelisten and is never rushed. She is no longer practicing at First Physicians Group. My husband and I would love to know if she is still practicing in the area. FPG didn't handle her departure with her patients very well. No one knows anything and/or they won't say. If anyone has any information as to where Dr Sanders is practicing I would greatly appreciate the information. Her replacement is definitely not up to par (or HER standards).

Oh, he did draw fluid off my elbow to send into the labs. Later his office called and informed me there was "no infectious bacteria". However, when my new doctor called (Dr. Ferrari has been fired), his office was unable to produce the reports because the sample was never sent in!! Can we say "fraud"? Not to mention he cortorized the wrong area on my elbow (how does one miss a noticeable wound?) nor did he administer the numbing agent prior to the procedure. What an incompetent fool. Any questions you may have…read moreare answered in a manner that is easy for you to understand and they try to teach you so you know what is going on, if anything, with your health. You do not feel rushed or like they don't care. The front office staff is also professional and efficient. If you call, they actually answer the phone and respond back to you. Overall, this practice scores high because of their effort to ease and inform. Parking is located across the street in the Waldemere garage and you do have to be alert to be on the correct elevator once in the Waldemere Plaza for there are 2 elevators, but only one of them, the northern one, goes up to the 6th floor. Do not try and leave your car anywhere else in that area, it will probably not be there when you get back. Towing is common in that area due to the volume around the hospital and narrow streets. Give yourself an extra 15 to 20 minutes to deal with the car parking and walking over. But remember, Dr. John does honor his appointment times, so be there on time.
