Most of them responded via email, but Greg called me and asked about the details of our issue. He stayed in constant contact regarding his schedule, making sure he could come out in a timely manner that was convenient for us. When he showed up, he was as friendly and professional as he was on the phone. He fixed our handleset and it's working perfectly. He also showed us exactly what the problem was. I know picking a Lock is pretty simple; but I didn't have anything even resembling the right tools, and Home Depot was closed. I finally gave up and called G Lock And Key, resigned to having to fork over a couple hundred bucks to do something you can learn to do on YouTube. Well, imagine how impressed I was when this nice guy showed up a few minutes later and, after a lengthy battle with my front door, made quick work of the back door, and only charged me about a third of the industry standard for that kind of job. Even made sure to check my ID so that no random creeps go letting themselves into any old house they please. My dad is a professional locksmith in California, and I know he would have charged much more just for showing up.
