Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

I had thought it might be a motor or electronics problem, but John immediately checked the drive belt. Sure enough, it was worn and had worked its way off of the motor pulley. John ordered a higher quality belt by phone, it arrived today, and he installed it this evening. I agree with the reviews and ratings I've seen. Five Star service at an affordable price. Next time we need appliance service, we'll be calling John and his dad!

John came to the house to repair my dryer and after diagnosis replaced the heating element. Three…read moreweeks later the dryer was no longer heating up. I called John and he said he would fix it under warranty. He came to the house with a new heating element but it turned out to be a different problem which was with the wiring harness connector. The connector itself was no longer available locally but he found one on eBay, bought it and then installed it. I paid for the part and he said the labor was covered under warranty. I think he is very honest. He could have charged me much more than he did. In the future if I have a problem with any other appliances I will call him and I highly recommend him to all my friends and real estate clients.

Mark said that there would be a reasonable service call charge and I agreed to that. he told me he could fix it and gave me what it would cost me. the charge was very reasonable but he had to order parts and it would be a couple days to get back to me.
