I told her I wanted to speak with the person who wrote me. The agent then hung up on me. I called her back and asked her why did she hang up on me as I was speaking giving her my number for Armando to call me back. I asked if she would transfer me to a Supervisor and she said no one was available. Celia denied hanging the phone and later apologized after my wife got on the phone with her and told her she heard everything and she hung up while I was giving my phone number. I called corporate office and spoke to Crystal who took my complaint and told me that she would file the complaint and someone would get back to me. I explained to Crystal that I wanted to reward Armando because he took the initiative to write me a letter with his quote. Crystal told me she would transfer me to Armando ext and Transferred me to Crystal and I asked for Armando and she again told me he was not available and said I can help you and then said again no I want to talk to Armando and then hung up and called the home office and asked to speak with Crystal. I explained to him what happened and told me he could not transfer me because it was a large company. He would not give me his first name and he said my complaint had not do with him. I called corporate office back and he answered again and I asked him his name and he told me his name was Alex and he transferred me to customer service. I spoke with a woman that sounded just like Crystal and was told her name was faith. I asked her if she was AI and she told me she was a live person. I said are you sure because you sound like crystal. She assured me she was a real person. I asked her who the President of the United States was and she would not answer and asked me my policy number. I hung up the phone after she would not respond. Don't bother with this company they are sure not going to give you customer service to any policy holder when you have to make a claim. Sent me on a while goose chase. Alex after admitting his name said there was no person named Armando Rubio in the company of Allstate. Wow lies
