The broker dropped us in the 11th hour due to his egotistical arrogance and nothing more. Many promises made with nothing happening. Advice given that was over the line. Odd seller requests...like wanting us to pay their mortgage. I conceded $800 to quiet them. That should never have been. Period. Appliances which weren't original to the disclosure...an old electric oven, for example, was placed by someone in the kitchen. It wasn't the one in the pictures. However, thanks to Christine Covington and her assistant, Kayla Cabello for bringing us out of the shady abyss and closing the deal on the home we purchased. The Benchmark team has the right touch and closed fast with no excuses. They have a good system that helped us stay on track with all the financial requirements and documents galore. I heard about this place from a lady at another loan store. My ex boyfriend and I needed to get a…read moresmall loan so we went. They don't (supposedly) check credit, we took our collateral serial numbers and he got the loan. I payed it every time on time or before and payed it off. When I went back on my own, I took my collateral and had everything. They asked for my social and I asked why, they said it was to verify that I did not have a loan with their sister company. She comes back later with a credit report and would not give a small loan even though I payed previously. I did not sign for permission for them to run my credit.

DO NOT borrow money from these people unless you are prepared to be called the day before your due…read moredate, the day of and God forbid if you are 48 hours late. The manager, Casey Mendiola is a piece! She is the most unprofessional and ugly person. I've asked repeatedly to not call my business number when calling, but she takes it to a whole new level. I was busy when she called my cell and she called my work number after being asked not to. I called her back and I was a little abrasive and hung up on her, to which she called back to my work number 5 times in a row. She finally called me back on my cell and her comment to me was "Your ASS was in here when you wanted to borrow some money." Now mind you, it's the 22nd and the payment was due the 20th! Call people that are REALLY late! I've never been more than 4-5 days late! She carries unprofessionalism to a whole new level! Will never do business with these people again and will never recommend them!

I reached out to him because he was recommended to me by someone I know (needless to say, both our business will be going else where from this point forward). I introduced myself as a potential buyer, interested in purchasing an investment property. I had asked him to provide some more details about working together and he LITERALLY sent back a BITMOJI man tossing away a piece of paper which said NAH. I am aghast at the sheer unprofessionalism that was exhibited here. Regardless of how he interpreted my initial request, no self respecting realtor part of a brokerage who claims to care about "interpersonal relationships that doesn't end after you sign" should ever behave this way towards a potential client. Disgusting. Take your business else where to people who will actually respect you.
