Tressa was able to give me all the information I needed for loans and the manager Dacia introduced herself and gave me her contact information if I had questions. One of their marketing partners was breached and now my social security #, full name and date of birth are now in the hands of a hacker. You know what information you need to authenticate to your account at Pelican? Last 4 of social, date of birth and a 6 digit account number. My account number has 4 zeros in it, making it as secure as "Password123". Their "additional verification" are your address and/or full name, one of which was given out and the other is public info. You cannot opt-out of these programs and Pelican will not allow you to lock your account with a pin. Just understand, that with Pelican, their profits greatly outweigh any obligation to customers. Choose any other CU, because Pelican is an anti-consumer clown show.
