Opened a checking account for $50.00 and applied for a small loan. The loan officer said she saw no…read morereason for approval even through I use very honest and fourth right about a time during covid when I was put in a position ti file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Yet I have rebound. Open the checking applied for the loan and the next morning I was told the loan was denied on the basis they never per policy loan to anyone who has ever filed bankruptcy. So my credit of 719 got dinged. Then ask to close the new checking account 14 hrs old and they charged me $25.00 to close. I spoke to everyone to try and resolve all the issues and they offered no help. Said thats the way we operate period!
