On a Monday, an associate from ultimate staffing reached out to me, Stephanie S. stating she had a…read morecouple positions I might be interested in. The same day, I responded back saying yes. We scheduled a zoom meeting for that afternoon. Everything seemed to go well she had two prospect employers sounded very promising. She said she was gonna send off my résumé to them and send a email blast to her colleagues. I emailed her Wed and Thur, with no responses. So, Friday I still hadn't heard from her, so I called. Her response was don't email because she won't answer, just text her. I asked about the two positions. She said one of them has Covid and the other one was doing employee position restructure. I said OK no worries. She also said she was gonna get out an email blast. I gave her a call, hadn't heard from her for a week, left vm. I missed your call when she called back. She left a very aggressive voicemail stating she had been in contact since our initial call I called her back. She didn't answer. Left a voicemail apologizing for the miscommunication and asked her to call me. It's been two weeks. haven't heard from her. Their value in client Service is very poor. I wouldn't recommend ultimate staffing. They could do better.

http://scamvictimsunited.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=4725…read moreSame company, apparently? THEY ARE NATIONAL AND SEND THESE "TRAINERS" all over the country. So, my company went under and I got laid off earlier this year. I went job hunting on craigslist. I first found this company via craigslist in a post stating I would make $2000/month + commissions. I thought, WOW, that doesn't sound bad for right now. I would be able to get paid almost as much as my last job, plus commissions. It seemed like a WIN-WIN situation. I called the number. A man named Kirby picks up and schedules me for an interview at Cerritos Acura. The man interviewing me is named Tom Ross. It actually goes well and he says training starts on Wednesday but completely omits that he DOESN'T work for the dealership. That he was actually contracted to provide HR services and "teach" information about car sales that is easily found online. I go to the training, thinking I just got hired. After the first day, he states how the training costs $700 and throws in that you have to invest in your future because the dealerships will continue to spend thousands of dollars on you in training. He is a car salesman using outdated sales techniques but totally scams everyone in the room to pay the money for training when there is not enough positions to fill at the dealership. $700 later, I actually interview with managers at the dealership and get hired, only to find I never needed to go through that program to get hired. Now, the real disappointment hit. I was never going to get $2000/month base pay. I was never going to get base pay + commissions. I was lied to by Tom Ross and Kirby. There is not enough opportunity to sell and make commissions and the numbers thrown at you during Tom Ross' presentation when going over how much money we will make were completely inflated well beyond what we actually make. Sad thing is, I'm not the only one. It seems more than half of the sales team at this dealership have all been swindled. If you find yourselves at this car sales training program, DON'T BELIEVE THEIR PROMISES. RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN...AWAY FROM THERE. I am receiving less than $1500 for 200+ hours of work and if I don't make more than that in sales commission, (each car usually makes about $100 commission, more than that is rare) then I only get my hourly, without overtime. I hope you read this before you dive into anything you will regret later.

If I could give negative stars I would! A bunch of crooks! Tom Ross is a sleazy con artist. This…read moreprogram targets people hunting for a job with fake promises and no follow through. I was jobhunting and found an ad on craigslist stating "opportunity knocks" no experience needed, $2000 a month plus commission, paid training and mentor program. What a bunch of bullshit! I send my resume and get a phone call immediately after by a man named Kirby. He was so nice over the phone and said I was overly qualified and would love to offer me a in person interview. He said he would put a star next to my name because he knew I was going to be one of the best interviews. My interview was the next day with a bastard named Tom Ross. He said I had a very impressive resume and was excited to bring me on board and asked me to come in the next day for the first day of training. I come in the next day and see 20 other people in an upstairs training room at a brand-new dealership. Excited for my first day of training he goes through hours of lies. Hyping up and getting everyone excited on false claims. Then drops the bomb stating we would have to pay $750for the training to start working at the dealership. He said he would give everybody until the afternoon at 9 o'clock to make up their mind if they want to come in the next day with the first deposit of $400 and the reaming $350 would come out of our first check. He promised that after our first 30 cars sold or 90 days of work whatever comes first the dealership would give us a full refund of the class. Well that night Tom Ross called me and I told him I didn't have the money for the class. He said he would give me time to pay because he knew I would be a "20-30 Car guy" About 16 people paid the $400 but only 6 got hired at our dealership. We were hired and started working Labor Day weekend 2016. The day after we started the General sales manager and General manager that hired us both quit. Everything that was promised by Toms Ross class quickly diminished. I was the only one to set up a payment plan and I was the only one that hadn't payed. Since I quickly noticed the lies I choose to push my payment as far as I could and let me tell you that wasn't the easiest thing. Tom Ross is worst then a debt collector I'm surprised he never broke my legs. Call after call he even told me one time to have my girl friend "work the corner for his money" he was rude, disrespectful and disgusting and he knew I was on to him. After many messages and Harassing phone calls i gave in a sent him $300 via Walmart money gram. I sent the $300 to Tom Ross in Olympia Washington. That took him off my back for a couple days then it started again. I wanted to see if I sold my first 30 cars if the dealership would pay me my money. I sold my first 30 cars In about a month and a half the other followed right after. We've all asked our General manager and HR and they said they had no contract with Tom Ross or his company to pay us anything. It's been 6 months and no one has got any money back. We don't get $2000 a month plush commission. All I get is a creditor calling me asking for $900 for Tom Ross. Bunch of crooks I'll never pay a dime and I hope no one falls for the scam again!!!
