We hired the First Student to pick-up and drop-off our wedding guests in May 2016. They were recommended to us by our venue coordinator at Harrington Farm in Princeton MA. We rented two school buses and they were both modern and clean and picked-up and dropped-off our guests on time to and from DoubleTree Inn in Leominster to Harrington Farm in Princeton MA which is about 25 min. one way. Except, we, the bride and the groom were left behind after the wedding was over. This was an honest mistake by the drivers and we understand that. We ended up driving back to the hotel by ourselves and was able to arrive safely. I had flagged this to First Student and while initially I was getting the runaround over the phone, they eventually made it right by offering me a small credit.
