Jenny the server was phenomenal, she was quick, and very considerate. A five star service for Jenny. The store manager however was a complete douche. We sat down and were told we can't get any drinks until we order because of the general manager, he came over to talk to us and didn't introduce himself, but instead came over with an attitude asking what's we need, we told him the eggs were overcooked and the toast was cold, the butter wouldn't melt, and asked him about the water situation, and he said "it's a thing". We brought someone who works for first watch, and it's never been a thing, the general manager should go through some sort of training for customer service AND be fired. He is someone who should not be in a position of power. We noticed all of the servers seem terrified of him also.... We were there for about an hour and we never saw him help out anywhere- instead we saw him yelling at the servers and cook staff because he runs a horrible restaurant. read more

All in all, a great brunch spot. First time I tried this location, 5 stars. Service was good, food was phenomenal, and the kale drink I had was so amazing! Second time? 3 stars at best. Server was borderline rude and quick to brush us off. I had the kale drink again and it was very watery and tasted really off. I asked if it could possibly be missing something or needing to be shaken up, if made in bigger batches. She took it back and brought me another, yet it was no better. I told her very politely it was the same, and she walked away. I wasn't pushy or rude when bringing this up mind you. My son's dish was great. He really enjoyed it! We always pop in to First Watch in Championsgate and ALWASY have an amazing experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bright and welcoming, with a modern, yet comfortable design. The service is outstanding, the servers are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is sooooo delicious! I get the avocado toast; perfectly ripe and the bread toasted to perfection. My wife loves their breakfast burrito which was also delicious, and the portion size was generous. The coffee is top-notch, rich and flavorful. As you may or may not know, the restaurant is known for its breakfast options, but they have a wide variety of options for lunch as well. All the dishes are made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, you can taste the quality in every bite. I love their commitment to sustainability. Pretty poor lunch, very disappointed. First off the hostess was very unfriendly and felt like we were asking too much to sit outside, because she had to clean it. The COVID sanitized table we sat at was filthy, with ants, and food on the ground. We had to use our own sanitized napkins to clean it. The waitress only came by twice, once to take our order and once with the check. My wife had the Cobb salad, and the so called fresh chicken looked and tasted like Bill Gates synthetic meat, yuck. If you're looking for a breakfast spot, this is the place right here. Atmosphere: Nice and clean, for those who get cold I would definitely bring a sweater. The volume is moderate. Service: Went during the weekday but does get busy on the weekends and mornings. Highly recommend downloading their app since you can join the waitlist for any location. Hostess and server were excellent, food came out fairly quickly. Food: I ordered the Chickichanga which was absolutely delicious, enjoyed every minute of it. My wife ordered the elevated egg sandwich which was great as well. We also ordered 1 chocolate chip pancake to share and it was yummy, you won't regret it. The chickichanga adventure. So, once upon I time I was in Davenport, Florida. Disney country. It was a hurly burly experience with tourist in and tourist out. But the bearded middle age man at the desk was a pro, acting like the restaurant mistro and squeezed me into a 4 top even though I was alone. I waited a minute, but then my server-princess came with coffee rich and strong. I explained I wanted an adventure for breakfast and she said I should choose the chickichanga ride that it would be my morning delight. I was slightly scared because it plainly stated it had green Chili's. As a man of the world I am familiar w green chilis. They can sometimes challenge or sometimes just float on the edge of flavor, barely visible in the taste rainbow. When the plate finally came, the thing that made me happiest was mid sized potatoes with a light maybe some rosemary (chef not sure don't hold me to it). But there was a nice convenient metal dipping ramekin of bright red ketchup to dip in. I hate ketchup splashed on a plate so this made me feel that whatever kitchen made this dish was chasing my heart. Finally, I cut through the hollandaise sauce into the changa. The smooth but bitter taste drew my attention to the fruit ramekin. I bit into the fruit to create an offsetting after taste. This was the peak and nice plunge of this ride. My server-princess came back and checked on me five times and she was delightful even though she was very busy. She even called me honey. Which in this day of PC is so heartwarming. Anyway, I enjoyed the food the service, their process of seating, the quality of food, the obvious thought to inventing a plate. The ride was great and I am a new fan of first watch. People really seemed to enjoy their outside seating, I noticed after I left the restaurant. All tables were full and the people seemed exceptionally cheery. read more

I came in a party of 7. To sit inside would've been a 45-1hr wait and so we opted to sit outside, since we would be sat immediately. Y'all... either be patient and wait for a table inside or go somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SITTING OUTSIDE. The tables outside were overran with ants and even when the server assistant came and wiped it down with hot water and such, they came back in full force. It's not "sanitary", it's annoying and there's not much they were able to do to get rid of them beyond hot water. I asked if they had a parchment paper to put over the table to cover the holes and they didn't. They did give us two Sani-towels and I used one for under my plate and another for the other side. It was a fix at all but save yourself the stress and get a table inside. As for the food, me and two others enjoyed our meal. It was reasonable priced, "healthy" and to me it was filling but they potatoes for the rest of my party were salty and the portions were smaller than what we are use to in Florida. It's a nice experience and definitely a trendy spot to eat at. If you come here to eat, it is nothing like ponderosa, it ain't a buffet, it's New York brunch vibes. Once we sat down our group had to split up because they didn't have enough chairs for us to sit in. But that was fine we understood. (By the way we went during breakfast time) Our server was really nice but not Great. We had to keep repeating to her to refill our drinks. Some of the food was really good but definitely not everything. Most of us ordered pancakes. They were so dry and it really taste like they were made 2-3 days ago. It didn't taste freshly made. The French toast was delicious. The potato's were a little hard if they were not cooked properly. Non of us ate our potato's. Sausages were good, eggs were good. This place is always jam packed when I come into town and visit for breakfast with my parents. I didn't know you can sign up for the waiting list via the Yelp site- but apparently this is possible and I would recommend it since today our wait was 40 minutes- which we spent walking around the area to get some hunger developed. Our server was Christine, she was very busy but was able to take our drinks and food order all at once and move on. We waited a bit for the drinks, but it's understandable because the turnover in the restaurant was incredible. Literally a line out the door every day like this. I wish I owned one of these places. My parents ordered the Vegetable Omelette and blueberry multigrain pancakes for sharing between them. I opted for the ham and gruyere melt with a bowl of tomato bisque for my side. We also had an order of the Millionaire's bacon which is four slices of bacon well done glazed and garnished with maple syrup. Can't go wrong there. We didn't finish everything but every time we come here the food is prepared perfectly and the service is spot on. We bought some gift cards so we can come back the next time I breeze into town. We wandered in here for the second time and have absolutely no regrets. Everything about this place is good - the people, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, even the customers seem friendly. This is a good thing as the parking lot can be a bit tricky. You might have to park out back or elsewhere and hike in, but I can guarantee that the trip will be worthwhile. They always have the standard breakfast/brunch type of items but also have some newer and innovative types of things if you are a bit daring. Their food also caters to the more health conscious of those among us, if that's your thing. Even the tables are marked with information that they are created from sustainable forests. They dont write the complete names of the people the order belongs to and dont place the bags in the correct order service whether it is Uber, Doordash or First Watch. This time I was right next to my order bag for 20 mins, I asked the lady managing the orders to double check if it was my order and she replied that the name did not match, she suggested me to wait. 2nd staff person comes over double checks and results it was my order. During my last 7 days at Champion Gate we enjoyed every morning the First Watch, I think I tried all kinds of omelets and many more. The staff is fantastic and agile the food is great and asking they provide Splenda since I can't handle sugar, and hate stevia. The ambient is clean, not noisy, and very comfortable. Also, I like to adjust the meal by replacing the cheese with avocado tomato, or mushrooms, it makes all the difference. Well done! read more
