My first experience at First Watch was lovely. We arrived just after 8am on a Sunday morning and had no wait. The donut holes for a starter were yummy. I enjoyed my tri-athlete omelette. The service was good.

My mom was doing rehab at the nearby rehab center so i stopped in for a quick breakfast, the food was good the staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and in a real cup! Definitely get some of the million dollar bacon, lots of options from healthy bowls to bacon covered in gravy you should find something you like or that fits your dietary needs pretty easy. I really enjoyed my Avocado toast with eggs and Black coffee!

We were in the area and this was one of the best rated places to eat with a big group. The food was good but now outstanding, the eggs seemed to be overcooked but still edible. Their service was very attentive. The decoration was cleaned and modern farm style.

Great coffee and service! We had no issues getting a table and being seated right away on a Saturday morning. We all enjoyed our food, however, we didn't love that the bread for the eggs Benedict was a ciabatta roll. It doesn't cut as easily as an English muffin.

A.M. Super foods bowl. Coconut milk chia seed pudding with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and granola.

But when I first visited Harry and the Natives about 6 months ago I realized this place was different. Now, I can honestly say it's a place 'I look forward to' vs. a lot of The Villages food options which are 'places i settle for'. Pricing is fair for the quality you get. The drinks are Tiki inspired and delicious (I highly recommend the Village Dodo) and you can tell they pride themselves of freshness and quality. They have some of the best crab cakes I've ever had, a bit pricey but they are almost 100% crab (almost not binder/filler) and if you know the price of crab these days you'd understand the pricing. For me, a Village Dodo drink, Filet Mignon medium rare 'surf and turf' style with a crab cake, and creamed spinach side served outside with the tiki torches blaring is near perfection in a meal.

My mom was out of town so my dad and I went for an early Father's Day celebration. Unfortunately, it was one of the kitchen's off nights as the calamari which is normally cooked perfectly came out rubbery and overdone. Wait staff offered to have the kitchen remake it but my dad wasn't sure it would come out any better the second time, depending on how the kitchen was timing or judging the cook. He opted to get the voodoo pasta which I had ordered as well. The chicken in the voodoo pasta was also overdone and on the chewy side due. Pasta sauce was definitely bland in comparison to the sauce from a special the week prior that our same waiter had said was actually the voodoo sauce. Sad that nothing came out how we'd hoped, especially on a celebration day. One last note for readers: the dining room to the back right of the restaurant is extremely loud and hard to hear even those you are dining with, regardless of the number of tables filled.

It was a cold day and we were looking forward to some Colombian cuisine which was new to us. The place was easy to overlook as the signage didn't really stand out. And more construction is ongoing along Hwy 301 further obscuring visibility into this location. In any case, this is not a "sit down" restaurant as we had to place our order before sitting down. We previously checked out the menu online so we pretty much knew what we wanted to order. I ordered the Paisa Bowl ($17) and my wife tried their Steak and Papas bowl ($20). We also ordered French fries ($3.50) and a can of Coke Zero ($2.50). I thought service was a tad slow (there were maybe 5 tables occupied including us) but we were served our lunch soon enough. Our first impressions were good presentation but the portions were meager. The fried pork belly pieces were nice and crunchy but there weren't enough of them. The ground beef had good flavors and I liked the fried egg over the rice and beans. My wife liked the flavor of the beef, although a bit fatty for her taste, but found the potatoes a bit dry and wished they were French fries instead. Speaking of French fries, it was served with this savory dipping sauce but again, the serving portion was miserly. My wife thought the guacamole was nice and fresh, making it the best part of her meal. All in all, we came away liking the flavors but thinking the value and portions were lacking. Service was a bit detached as well. Lunch for 2 with tip came out to just over $51.

We had a large party of 13 plus an infant, so we expected a wait and it ended up being about 45 minutes to an hour. That said, the experience during the wait made all the difference. Our server didn't hesitate to take care of us while we waited. She kept the drinks coming, mojitos, Long Islands, Bahama Mamas, and cold beers all of which were great. She checked in on us often and made sure we were comfortable until we were finally seated. Once we sat down, she immediately put in the kids' orders, which we really appreciated. For appetizers, we ordered oysters and Boom Boom shrimp both were AMAZING. It was my first time ever trying oysters, and I loved them dressed with lemon, hot sauce, and horseradish on a cracker, while others had them plain and loved them just as much. The Boom Boom shrimp was cooked perfectly (not overdone at all), and the sauce was delicious. hands down my favorite appetizer back home so I have high expectations. For the main course, several of us ordered the all-you-can-eat crab legs and were not disappointed. The initial portion was generous, and the refills were just as big and came out quickly. Others ordered steak, which was juicy and cooked to the correct temperature. There were salad substitutions with salmon, and the fish tacos were also a big hit. Not a single person in our party was disappointed. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
