    Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash
    Cherie R.

Great brunch place, just be prepared to wait in line or join the waitlist online! They were soooo busy but service was great and very quick. They have high chairs for the kiddos and different plastic cups and straws for them to use too. My chipotle honey hash was VERY salty. Didn't love it honestly. I saved a lot and added fresh avocado to tone down the saltiness. The biscuits and gravy were yummy / the potatoes that came with that dish were really good and not too salty. The pancake was giant and yummy too!

Very good, as always. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food is always excellent. We both had seasonal specials this time, and enjoyed them. The restaurant is always clean, and staff is helpful.

I have been to many First Watch restaurants, scattered across Kentucky, Ohio, and Missouri. It's a good option for us because we know and like their menu, the cocktails are good enough, and they have a Gluten Free menu. I don't normally order power bowls, but we were in a bit of a rush and getting ready for a beach vacation. So I had to eat something healthier. Both bowls were fantastic, and the coffee went down fast. Nothing much else to comment on this experience. So why is this a five star review? There are a few reasons: 1. This was my second time to this location, and both were good experiences 2. Servers were kind and efficient for a chaotic Saturday morning 3. We put our names on the waitlist, arrived in the timeframe, and actually got seated. That does not always happen Overall - a consistently pleasant time with good food and plenty of options.

Food wonderful, atmosphere great, customer service is A1!!! We had the Trifecta, one with waffle, and the other with pancakes. All of it was great!!!!!

Food from here is always good but i ordered on doordash and received a pancake that wasn't cooked so i was a little disappointed other than that everything was good.

First Watch boasts a varied breakfast/brunch and lunch menu including a good vegetarian selection. Prices are moderate for the quality and portions. Skillet potatoes were outstanding, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Fluffy scrambled eggs and well done thick sliced bacon. I don't know what brand they serve, but coffee was delicious. We were quickly seated and served during mid morning mid week visit. Nice that calorie information is on the menu. I don't understand why beverage menu doesn't have prices, even coffee.

We come to First Watch every few months- it's really a solid place and has entrenched itself into our normal breakfast rotation. The staff are friendly and laid back. The ambience is casual and, although it is usually busy on the weekends, the service is fast and efficient. I have a terrible sweet tooth during breakfast, but initially restrained myself at our most recent trip by ordering "The Traditional". This plate comes with two eggs, potatoes, toast, and choice of meat. The ingredients are fresh and it just felt like I was eating a healthier meal. All of the food is cooked perfectly. Of course, I couldn't resist and caved by ordering the Holey Donuts which are cinnamon sugar-dusted cake dount holes. This dish comes with both chocolate sauce and a berry compote for dipping. It was so delicious (my mouth is watering just writing this). I'll be back soon!

Love the food. Everything is always delicious. The staff is courteous and food comes out promptly. The service is top notch. The ambiance matches their theme. It's a lively breakfast/brunch restaurant that promotes fresh and healthy ingredients. The decor reflects that. Oscar was our waiter and he was attentive but not intrusive.

I mean it was good. And I would go back again. But it's not something I'd crave. We went in at about 10 am on a Wednesday. We got seated right away. We got drinks within a few minutes and food came about 15 minutes after that. The one big negative is that there was brown/old avocado slices on my plate. The server was nice enough but seemed a little frazzled. Maybe she had one table too much. That's pretty much it. There are plenty of pictures here to look at to see what the food is like. Like I said, I'll go again but it's not something I'll suggest when guests are in from out of town.

On way to my Dr appt, daughter and I decided stop by for breakfast on way. First Watch 2nd time but different location. First time I've been to Chesterfield but this one in Oakville. It make it quick and I order Banana Foster French Toast. See on the board of spring special. My daughter ordered Taco El Pastor Hash. It's pulled pork taco with roasted hash potatoes. French Toast we're delicious and can't eat all of it. The waitress were friendly. Thank you for these breakfast

Rude wifi customer in a busy Sunday with long wait over an hour on laptop
    Cynthia B.

Extremely rude customer taking up table for 4 on Sunday morning with a very long wait. On laptop the entire hour (was done when we were seated) plus phone. Ordered nothing additional. This place needs staff so times are running a little slower now but this is beyond rude. The server already has less table turnover but this person just screwed the waitress totally by not allowing her a 4 person tip. Customers are not always right and just because someone is nice enough to not ask (you) to leave doesn't mean you get to win the ass of the day trophy and smile about it. But you definitely won. 5 star for staff. Zero star for laptop/cell phone two fisting mama done eating for well over an hour and a half.

I've never really seen a double decker cafe, but this cafe has two separate dining rooms! We opted for the upstairs. It was super clean and modern inside. The service was so amiable and helpful, we really felt at home. You order at the counter but plenty of people come around to ask if you need help. An older gentleman kept asking if we needed anything else, he even grabbed us waters and ketchup! The food was pretty good. I started with an Iced Vanilla Latte and it had such a good flavor. Not too sweet and I could actually taste the coffee. We tried two sandwiches, the Grilled Chicken Gyro and the Olympian Stack Sandwich. My Mom thought her Gyro was good but a tad dry. The house-made tzaziki really helped add some moisture though. I LOVED the Olympian Stack sandwich. The horseradish and roast beef was packed full of flavor. Plus, the fries on the sides of our dishes were super crispy. We would come back, and sooner rather than later! Besides the gyro, everything was 5 star worthy.

But we had never been here before, so we were excited to try out some healthy options. We were looking at the menu and after about 10 or 15 minutes the employee finally waited on us. Apologized and said that he had a lot of things he was doing at once. (In which I understand.) That the kitchen was running a little behind. There was another patron picking up a to go order. He was waiting a while and went up to ask to see what the problem was and it wasn't getting any answers. After waiting over an hour, we finally received our food. We were completely baffled at what we received. My daughter's "burger" looked like it was the scrapings from the end of the night off the grill. My vegetables looked old and dried out. You can see from the pictures how ridiculous this food came out. The manager brought it to our table. You would have thought if this was a new cook or whatever was going on he would be doing some sort of quality control. We called the manager over and asked him to look at the food.
