Water in the apartment would randomly not get hot stop working with no notice or updates. Washing machines would often not work and you would only find out after you payed and have had your clothes in it for an hour. Or laundry room is out of order all together. Neighbors would use the staircase to smoke and would leave a mess or urine odor. Rent would jump by $300 to $400 every year.Used to be affordable, now the rent for a tiny one bedroom is in the $2000s. Management in the office are very rude and quick to scream at you over the phone when you have a complaint. Gate door often breaks down.

The saddest part is they know there's a 1year old babygirl living inside and they still have yet to respond. My daughter has had 4 nosebleeds and when I called the leasing office, the lady I've been emailing, Danay, says she was on vacation. How lovely not to care for a small child. I will not pay rent until all services agreed and signed for are provided and code enforcement, I'm on hold for right now. Sign here if you will. Oh and when they tell you they have 2 pools but they're being remodeled they're already lying. No one has been here to do nothing with those green pools. And every place has a pest problem even though you are clean and black mold growing here they are finally replacing the roof's in all the buildings. I find it very interesting that all your buildings aren't that bad of condition that you have to rush to change the roof and all of them! The security and the office do not have clear communication there for allowing them to make massive amounts of money off of people who work hard to live here. I went to look for an apt for my son and his father two month before the end of Sep after i saw and…read moreadd on their page saying that they will have one by Sep 30 when i went they said they will have 2 available at that date i told them he was going to be interested in the second floor , he has knee problems they said ok to bring the money orders for the credit check and the holding fee , when he went they told him that it was going to be on the second floor but for the end of Sep he told them it was percfect because his current lease was going to expire on that date , my son gave the 30 days notice in the apt were they live after they told him he was aproved , they never mention that if the apt was ready before the end of the month he will have to pay 650 dollars more apart from the security deposit on the 14 of Sep and the rent on the 1 of oct, on the 14 they called him to sign papers and asking for the deposit plus 650 more , also when he ask where was the apt it was one on a 3 floor no the one they told him , he said no and they told him he will have to wait until one was available on the second floor because the one they told him on the second floor one was on eviction , thing that they never mention before ,he told them that he does not want a 3 floor and also he could not wait after the 30 because he have to move from his current apt on the 30 and they refused to give him the 250 of the holding fee because they said they were offering him an apt and it did not matter on what floor , thats a scam , what is the holding fee for? is a person cant claim a lot of stairs how can they are going to say he has to get any apt?, the manager was very rude and want to make you look like a fool , he lost 450 for no reason because they were supposed to explain everything in a correct way. They will charge you every penny and more when you leave. Everything is outdated and repairs take months and patch work at best. No security and parties and loud music by the pool. Prepare to call 911 yourself if you plan on sleeping. Interior carpeted halls reek of dog piss and feces. Elevators and gym equipment broken for months at a time. The property manager, Jessy, is the biggest hypocrite; smiles at your face but really doesn't care about tenants. She can even run competent office employees; with the exception of Janette Gutierrez who is earnest and diligent. I can go on and on. Don't rent here! I paid $4700 in fees to move out and grateful I have the means to do it but it doesn't negate the deceitfulness. I hope this review stops someone from making a costly mistake.

The management lives on site; however, the place is in complete disrepair. The hallways and apartments have ROACHES and GECKOS. The company does not spray for bugs and do not clean the building, the last time the maintenance man came was six months ago with a gel that he only placed in the cabinets. There is mold in the hallways, and rather than deal with the issue they have recently turned on the A/C periodically to lower the smell in the building. The two elevators never work at the same time. One elevator has not worked for more than eight months. The carpet in the hallways are filthy and smell on urine, dirt, and must. The windows are one ply and do not keep out any smells or bugs. The building has ants crawling on the outside which make the balcony unusable. The building does not change the filters in the building so if you utilize a fan the dust that accumulates is thick and brown. The laundry rooms on each floor have two washers and two dryers but can be utilized by anyone in the building, so as tenants break the machines on their floors they go to another floor. The company that serves the machines do not come, and the cards for the fee for the usage of the devices steal your money, and there is no recourse. The rent goes up everytime the building is purchased, and to date, since 2014 there have been three different owners each with a rise in rent. This additional rent is not conveyed ahead of time and only when it is time for you to renew your rent. The office does not provide receipts for your rent. The toilets are old, and when you flush, they make a loud noise similar to the sound of an airplane. The security gate is broken, and anyone can enter the complex. The pool is never serviced or drained. The water is just colored and left unattended. Across the street is a complex where people are being killed, fires are being burned, and the helicopters are always out looking for suspects. The building expects you to keep your A/C on at all times to keep the mold down which will keep your electric bill above $120 per month. This place is just not a livable place, and it is a shame that the owners who are in Massachusetts are merely collecting rent and disregarding the tenants. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

She's been reporting a leak for 10 months, nothing was done and with the tropical storm her whole room (carpet) flooded and she even had to get a new mattress. Out of curiosity I asked my front neighbor if she's been having any similar issues and of course she is as well with black mold and leaking. This is ridiculous. I have reported to HUD and FL Health dept because I seriously cannot take it anymore. I have asthma and get sick every single month since moving in and even caught pneumonia in December.
