A few of the many issues experienced at first security, the biggest being that sometimes charges would be mislabeled on the online app and therefore would be marked as fraudulent. Once, our car/home insurance payment came out as "Toyota finance". I do not own a Toyota so of course I marked it as fraudulent, which denied the payment to the actual business United home insurance. Thanks to FS I owed the insurance company a NSF fee and now have to take my payment in person (even though I've changed banks) because they incorrectly assume it meant I didn't have money which was not true. So angering. On top of that we kept getting charged a NSF fee on our account, to the sum of almost $300 in total, yet we had funds in our account. You can't see what is trying to come out or the total without calling or going to the bank directly. We finally went to this branch and had them break down our entire account to us and told us the president themselves would be calling us directly to figure out the NSF fees. The call never came through so we chose to take our business to arvest. I'm so over this bank and am thankful I found a bank that cares and I get my paycheck 1 day earlier than I did with FS, which is a helpful bonus.

But no one intentionally would answer fraudulently on transactions. I'm sure, like many other places, front line employees may not have all the answers and try to appease the customer rather than trying to look inept.
