We ended up owing penalties and interest and Peerless refused to take responsability. I have left messages requesting a phone conversation and they have not returned my calls.

Their office is fairly easy to get to if you live in the Humble/Kingwood area, although besides dropping off your initial paperwork, everything else is handled via email, fax or mail.
