He was non-verbal following a surgery and has always been reluctant to receive medical care. Liliana was able to communicate with him and quickly establish trust. I live out of state and was not able to be on-site. Liliana and Caitlin were great with their communications and status updates for me. We met Angela next, and her help in getting my spouse into our home was invaluable! We couldn't have done it without her. During her final hours, Tara from Abode came to our home in the middle of the night, in the rain, and was here with me when my spouse breathed her last breath. She made herself available to me any day, any time. As a group, the caring and kind team at Abode continue to make me feel like I'm part of their family and they have stressed that I can call them any time if I have questions or problems.
