A Plus Property Management gets an F-. AJ is the worst…read moreproperty manager & 1 of the worst people I've ever known. I found the owner & he no longer manages the house we lived in thankfully. The poor woman claims she had no idea what he put us through. He tried to evict us over false claims just 3wks after we moved in. For my ESA who we told him about & listed on the application & the fish tanks he verbally told us we could have. We had to hire a lawyer. That's thousands of dollars he tried to keep. Due to him being so untrustworthy, we had it outlined that we would only be communicating w/ him via text, resident portal, or email after that. He fought us on fixing the electrical in part of the house for months. We lived w/ extension cords running to part of the house for months. In the end, it was exactly what we kept telling him what was wrong... a loose connection. Which CAN CATCH FIRE & BURN A HOUSE DOWN!!! He argued us about every single thing. Why would we ask them to fix the AC if it were working?? When you got here... you'd find out real quick that it wasn't... make it make sense. He sent the lawn team out twice after we fired them due to them not doing their job that WE were paying them to do. Which is when he slapped the notice to evict on our door. He knew i had anxiety per my doctor's letter for my ESA & played on it like the monster he is. I've been diagnosed w/ PTSD due to that horror show. After doing more digging, i found his facebook page where he brags about evicting people. I have screenshots of everything. My lawyer is so disgusted by AJ that he's working for us for free currently. Because AJ can't just let us move on. Oh no. He won't return our deposit, despite no damages AND no longer managing the property. He wants to drag out the torment. We followed his legal documents regarding move out to a T, giving all of the proper time awareness & everything. We moved out almost 2mo ago & he has not given us the deposit back. In my opinion, that's what slumlords do. Retaliating after asking you to fix things. What you put our family through is absolutely atrocious. I hope you find your peace, falling on your knees, prayin. I wish you nothing but farewell AJ. I've held it in for too long. The residents need to know what a creep you've been. I needed a new light fixture put in and removal of the old plug that was oddly located at the top…read moreof the wall. I previously had another electrician take a look at it and he stated that he would need to break the wall most of the way down to be able to run the wires to the ceiling. I had a feeling that was incorrect and found Tim Fitzpatrick for a 2nd opinion. He came and took a look and found that he could run it through the attic without any issue! The only hole in the wall was just where the odd outlet was removed. I LOVE my new light fixture and it looks fantastic without the horrible plug/ cord running across the ceiling!
